I didnt really use the 5 coin thing to save, I just did that to get to the other levels for more coins. I just went through the thing as quick as I could, using shortcuts and stuff, then beat the last boss then re-did it with save.

sorry im new to this gme but im confused? why do you finish a level but then go right back into it and somehow get a shortcut or something? and how do you get to the top of the flagpole? Thank you! this has realllllllllyyyyy helped.

ehmm I go back to a level because there maybe a 2nd exit, so I record only from the point where you can take the 2nd exit. You can enter a level many times you want,, also you can go back to other Worlds that you had finished...

About the flagpole the only thing I can really tell you is... PRACTICE! xD cause it's really hard on many levels to get on top of it...

hey dude i dont know how to save my game in New Super Mario Bros help me..

there are only 3 way to saves the game:

1. When you finish the Bowser jr. Tower in each world the game automatically ask you if you want to save.

2. After finishing each Castle in every world, the game again ask you if you want to save.

3. pay 5 coins in the signs that has a "5 coins" symbol. Look at 1:45 for the sign.

4. Press start and then save game ;)

Yeah, that's only once you've completed the game. I always went with the 5 coin method myself.

you cant do that...only options are: continue, return to map, options, and quit....
