No, the government is not in deep cahoots with corporations, but individuals involved in different gov organizations are. Since the size of the gov is so great, then eliminating the corruption has become ridiculously impossible, ultimately resulting in forming more gov organizations. We need to eliminate gov size, limit its power, to reduce corruption.

Not sure why you used the word "was" - sure, the line moved around, but today Htown is definitely south of the line. And evidently you have never been in Hagerstown, because that is definitely one backwards hick town, as I lived there for years and am glad to have moved away.

Maybe you are talking about the DC-Baltimore metro area, but all of western Maryland from basically Frederick westward is redneck territory.

not sure where you're checking, but I was born in Hagerstown in Washington county hospital and I'm here to tell you that if you're traveling up I-81 and hit the border of Maryland and Pennsylvania, there is also a sign that says Mason Dixon Line, so Hagerstown is south of the Mason Dixon Line. I now live well south of that in the Memphis, Tn area. You're right about one thing though the ultra-liberal part which is one reason I will never move back to the area.
