Your best asset is the speed of your right and left feet down in the power position. This is allowing for a good amount of force being applied to the implement when it's time to finish. Keep you head back at the front....allows for more seperation and snap at the finish. I love hearing CHICO in the back! Your gonna throw very very far!

@DaltonRowan1326 well still a good video. form is superb considering you have to adjust to a 2k disc. do you have to buy your own spin shoes or does the school supply you with them?
