I grew up in a split household. I respect Purdue for many reasons, but I am, and always be, a Hoosier. I can't say enough about the prestige of my alma mater. Great academics, great athletics, great campus, great college town, and great memories. GO IU!

I'm a Purdue grad and I couldn't agree with you more. I visited Bloomington to possibly attend graduate school and the scenery was BEAUTIFUL!! At least your campus does not have a Route dividing your campus.
IU students are SNOBS! They walk around the campus like they are in Beverly Hills or something! Purdue students are much nicer, smarter, and more down to earth! BOILER UP!

What is your educational level? I have two Masters Degrees and I have been a college teacher and researcher. There is no reason to call me a fool because you disagree with me. Wikipedia and other irrefutable sources cite IU as a public ivy and Purdue is not!!! You only prove how ignorant you are by calling me names. Don't respond to me because I will delete your message. Irrefutable means you cannot argue with it, and Wikipedia is most definitely not a reputable source. This is, and has always been, common knowledge. Plus, colleges have "professors" not "teachers." These professors do research but are not generally known as "researchers." Finally, the Big Ten is known as the Division I "Ivy League" which means that all schools are that good.
