i feel this song really applies to me alot. given the fact that i was 2 pounds 2 ounces and the doctors told my mother to just give up..as she had me at 7months vs 9. and i guess someone up there was watching out for me. though i still don't know what i am here for or why i was saved someone up there does. and that is all i can keep remembering everytime things dont go the way i want them to.

This song is one of my favorites. I have the lyrics hanging up in my room because sometimes in my family I feel like I'm the only one trying to survive. So many hardships have come into my life the past few years and this song helps me get through it strongly. Thanks for posting!

I can let go the past & da exace bagage thats holding me down(my bf) im not say that he's had all but more often then he should 4 me.(the thing is dat he knows and he dont want to leave my home) he & I kno whats better. He also knos that im head strong to put up with any1 B.S. but what makes me even stronger is that i know i've got willpower to live for me and my child alone without him.

I live each day with this and even thou they are grown today. I still have trials and road blocks but this song keeps me in check on what I exactly am, a survivor.
