  • Mo Farah smashed the British 10k record to win the Bupa London 10,000 road race 2009 in a time of 27 minutes, 50 seconds.

  • Mo farah was excellent today winning the Great North Run beating Kenya's Kipchoge. Farah biding his time until 150 metres from the finish line, stormed past Kenya's 2003 World gold and 2007 World silver 5000m track medallist Eliud Kipchoge to claim victory in a time of 7:56.3. Well done Mo farah.

  • Mighty Mo opens Youth Games

    EUROPEAN cross country champ Mo Farah will light the flame for the 30th London Youth Games at Crystal Palace today (Thursday).

    The event's opening ceremony will mark the first time the Newham & Essex Beagles star has appeared at the Games since he appeared in them himself as a youngster full of potential.

  • European Cross Country champion and silver medalist was welcomed in Hargeisa, capital of the Republic of Somaliland where he is formely from.
