umm im not suprised that ur 13 dude he only bounced wen he launched off he 2-step from a dig.. he tapped for about 2-3 secs (3 seconds is a little to long if u ask me...) and he shifted to 2nd.. 1nce he shifted to second he dint hav anymore rev-limiter spinning at all.. i cant even hear a rev-limiter being tapped after the lauch...

The civic didnt get the upperhand at the start its just the way the road curves where i had to go round the roundabout he wnt straight through the diversion part!! Plus i backed off at the roundabout as someone was coming wouldn't want to crash into an old women. I was pulling away down the straight, shame we wont get to do it on the 1/4 mile as the car is now sold :(

ps. you're running at about 65% efficiency. you'd be about 40hp quicker with a stroker kit and some headwork.

id love to know how you worked out that the saxo would have beaten me if he got a better start, ive got 60 more horse power and mine and craigs car are very similar weight, you work it out...

and just for the record at the time of that off road race i had a massive overfuelling problem, valve stem seals were shot and the car wasnt going into vtec, and i still won...!
