I'd be very careful with this. Usually cell phone providers will only provision a limited amount of data (250mb) or they can do deep packet scanning and know if you are tethering or using the mobile browser. Oh! and new android devices have "mobile hot spot"

It used to be with a pone as modem package with most companies, but due to "3g" and "4g" there are canceling this option out and you will be flagged for cellular abuse of the Data Services and thus breaches your terms and agreements with your provider because of foreign I.P. using the #777 Data Network, check into that .

I have had the number since 04' so my bill is $25.00 / month for UNLIMITED everything even Data ) after a random number of time your number is flagged for access to the Data Network with unknown I.P. Address . I do NOT recommend doing this at all .
