  • I Only have 100

  • @buckley9450 For $100, we'll bring a Walkman, a flashlight, and a couple of laser-pointers. :)

  • How Much

  • @buckley9450 How much you got? :)

Event prices range from hundreds to thousands. Every event is custom.

  • all i can say is bad ass what did you used to make it ???

  • @oscar14ruiz I used Lightwave 3D. Thanks for watching!

  • Im sure you have heard this several times but you have an awesome animated video, who made this for you ??

  • @DjWiked714 Hey, Thanks!

I made this animation myself. For my "9 to 5 job", I work at a video production company. In my spare time, I created this animation using Lightwave 3D software. Thanks for watching!

  • do you really only use three different colored gels with all of those lights, and all par cans? accept for the two motorheads in the one package with the same colored gels of course

  • @cddiscjockeys We don't actually use any par cans. This is just an animated demonstration of the size of a particular setup. For a detailed look at the all types of fixures we use, please visit our website: "Magic Light And Sound dot com"

  • "Oh, and don't feed the Roadies." XD

  • I am having my 4th Birthday Party and I would like to order the Extra Large.

  • @SingJiya Awesome, we'll be there!

  • @MagicLightAndSound Well if you do come to my party can you clean up the guy in the video looks like a Hobo, big Magnum P.I. Mustache, a Iron Worker Shirt and a Baseball Cap, I dont think so? You did all this great work on Animation, yet you did not put the dj in a Tux? I think that is a big fail, anyway if you wear a Tux at my party, Mom says there is a $10.00 tip in it for you.

  • @SingJiya The guy in the baseball cap is just one of the Rodies. We can't show any of the DJ's in thier Tuxes because thier talent agent owns the copyrights to thier faces and likeness'. Tell your mom that $10 will certainly cover the cost of thier tuxes. For $15, we can also include our mascot, the "Mix-Master Mutt"...He's a dog that spins records and break-dances. See you at the party. Please save us some cake. Oh, and don't feed the Roadies.

    :)

  • do u have really 60 lights?

  • @djfrankis

Yup. In fact, we have over 150.

For a large event, we might use 80 or 90.

    Thanks for watching!

  • HOW...DID...YOU...MAKE...THAT...VIDEO??? It was amazing!!!! But lets be realistic...12,000 watts of audio...probly double that consumption in lighting...where is all this power comin from?

  • @twveach

    Thanks!

I made the video using Lightwave (a 3D animation software that I use at work.)

  • @twveach You are right, that's alot of wattage for our large setups. The audio amplifiers can all run off two 20 amp circuits. The lighting wattage isn't too bad because all but a few of the lights are LED units, so the whole thing can run off four 15+ amp circuits. So, when we do a large setup for an event (see some of my other videos), we have to run alot of long extension cords all over to find separate circuits for all the juice.

  • @twveach When there isn't enough power present, we've also run power cords outside to our generators (10Kw total). Most places that would want us to do a large setup already have enough power, though. Especially if they have a kitchen or catering on-site. The last place we set up had four 20-amp circuits right at our feet which they use when bands perform. Sweet!

  • This is an excellent animation video. I would include it in your website if its not already in there. Add some people dancing...lol

  • To our clients:

We hope that this animation will help you to visualize the different setup options we might recommend for your event.

BTW: the lights in the animation are just for position, we only have a few lights that actually look like this. For a comlete list and photos of our lighting, please visit our website.

    Thanks!

  • Awesome video. I'm really impressed with the flexibility of your system. From large to small it looks like you have the bases covered. Not everyone needs a room full of speakers and it's nice to see a professional DJ such as yourself take that into consideration when planning an event. I wish more DJ's would take notice and outfit the venue with the appropriate amount of gear.

  • Hey, thanks!

Yeah, when it comes to DJ setups, one size just doesn't fit all. We hope that this animation will get potential clients fired-up about what we can do for thier events.
