because the Bangladeshi military does not have the resources to sustain itself in a distant country, it relies on the UN Peacekeeping Department to provide it's troops with everything from their meals to the tents they sleep under. Most of the funds for these logistics come from the US.

While I h8 the UN with a passion, I have no problem with you or any soldier. Soldiers, regardless of their gov, are brave souls fighting for what they believe is right. And that is a very respectable, and admirable trait. My h8 towards the UN, or any gov, doesnt change the respect I have for those fighting. Look up and do some research UNAMIR (which consisted of many nations) before singling out a nation and accusing it. Belgium and Canada were in charge of the operations within the country, however those in the Security Council refused to let either of them intervene.
Germany is the ones that are gutless, they have a low number of peacekeepers, including Rwanda even to this day. They were to scared to enter S.Lebanon and Nepal & Bangladesh were the first ones to enter the nation.
