  • Just a tip...but I would stay away from that kind of bread. I use only 100% whole wheat. More calories, but it's better for you and sticks with you longer because you actually end up burning more calories because your body has to expend calories to burn off the toast, if that makes sense.

  • I'm glad that you aren't calling this healthy. Egg yolks are good for you, eating just egg whites is so old school, and "lite" whole wheat toast is just white bread basically, low calorie doesn't mean anything. Try some 100% whole grain bread for more nutrients. Also if you are losing weight the HEALTHY way, your breakfast should have more calories than just 250.

  • can you do a healthy dessert for people trying to stay on a diet? dessert is my weak point but i'm trying to stay on track w/ my new year's resolutions for healthy eating

  • why do you throw away the other part of the eggs?? you can use them to do an omelette, cookies or something!

    I couldn't eat eggs for breakfast... I'm spanish, and here one typical breakfast is a cup of coffee or milk with chocolate powder and a toast with tomato, oil and salt! try it!

  • First of all, your breakfast is the most important meal of the day, therefore it should contain the most calorie intake of the day. Keep what you have but add veggies to the egg whites, green peppers, mushrooms, onion, tomato..etc. and/or half cup of oatmeal. 250 calories is not sufficient

  • First of all, I have been following your videos and enjoy them! However this video was a complete joke. Toast with egg whites and two fruit choices on the side? That is a great idea but the worst message you can send to girls who want to lose weight....

  • Instead of wasting the egg yolk, you can use it to condition your hair, lol...

  • this shows everything that's wrong with diets.. the fact that you keep saying "if you cut these up it seems more filling" and "if you eat the slices separately it seems more filling" makes it obvious that you're not actually eating enough to be full so you have to trick yourself into thinking you are.. not to mention, why count calories on fruits and veggies? no one ever got fat eating too many raw fruits and vegetables.. regardless of calories, they're good for you.

  • @irhxcunicorn i think she's talking about the fact that people eat too fast. if you have smaller pieces of food then u take longer eating it. Your stomach takes a while to send a signal to your brain to tell you it's full. so the slower the eat, the faster you feel full.

  • I think you did your math wrong... it's more like under 280. 3 egg whites at 60 calories each is 180, 2 slices of bread at 45 calories each is 90, plus the butter and fruit is over 270.

  • @LaceyLovesJuicy Nope! she's correct on her math. ONE egg white is about 17 calories so THREE egg whites would be approx. 51 calories. So the three eggs (51 calories) + the fruit (80 calories) + butter (25) + bread (90) = 246 calories. So she's correct on her calculations. :)

  • Most of the protein is in the yolk, so as far as egg whites go, not much protein is provided.

  • They sell egg whites in cartons so you don't have to waste your money buying them with the yolk in it. That's what I use. Anyways, great video yes I would like to see more! :)

  • THat bread is also super low in carbs as well! I do the new Atkins when I diet and that's the only bread I'll use. It's like 7 grams per slice as opposed to the 13 14 per slice on other breads.

  • i put a thin layer peanut butter on my toast with the eggs ontop. its just adds a few more calories and so much more flavor. i know it sounds kinda off putting but try it!
