I can't believe a group that sold so many albums when they released August and Everything After have been hidden from the public like they have been. Their music is so beautiful and amazing. Here we are 20 years later and all these songs are still relevant and better than anything out today. Adams voice has so much heart and soul in it, you can't help but want to hear more. So brilliant, yet so under-rated now'a'days. They deserve the credit that shitty musicians like Lady Gaga get!!!

@landscapebe I hear ya... I've been listening to all their albums for many years now and yet they NEVER get old! Some of their songs are constructed in such a way that they're almost set up like more orchestratic music I've heard. It's a shame, whenever i mention to someone that i love Counting Crows, they always respond with something like "wait...they're still around" or "I remember them.... the Mr. Jones band right?"... Ugh! Just shows how messed up the music industry is!
@81Christian311 I feel the same, over here (Belgium) I get the same comments, the Mr jones band... But still 90% of the people have never heard of them! Like you said, music industry is messed up. It's all about the money, not about the music. You should try the new cd/dvd of the counting crows, just out it's a live version from August, if you wanna here the whole album you can find it on the CC's website. grtz
