@xantyleonhart Dang, this new yt format is potentially very troublesome; in my inbox I only got your last short comment here, so I thought you were calling me a hated fanatic...good thing I looked in here before sending you a blistering retort, lol. I love what you said here about man's nasty religions that are actually ANTI-spiritual, promoting thoughtless zombie-ism, thank you.
...their own rules to it, to benefit themselves. The sad thing is that most part of humanity have lost their capacity to choose, to think for themselves, and they blindly follow and believe what all those religions say, so, in the end, the ones who modify this religion for their benefit get a massive army of zombies, and that's very sad. I consider myself christian, because I believe in God, but I don't believe in what church or man say, I follow my own morality, who God gave me since I was born
GREAT! I agree completely to the last phrase. I think we all know who our real "god" is. We all know what is good and what's not, inside of us. We don't need stupid people to tell us what we should do and what not, and the differences between most religions are just inexistent. I think there is only one religion, but it doesn't exist officially, because all official religions are corrupted versions of it, including christianism. They take the essence of the true religion and destroy it adding...
yes, the truth is we are all wonderful, but so many people in the world are living pure illusion, they are not even worthy of suffering, you only punish someone you love, you hate the way they are and want to uncover who they are.the more hate I receive, the more blessed I am, though I don't enjoy suffering. there's so much hate in me it's completely ridiculous. i'm in the process of trying to perform the perfect miracle of hate. I infinitely hate Christianity, Marilyn Manson didn't begin
invoke the name Lucifer - he is pure love, light, goodness, and coolness. the name satan has a very different vibration and power.....the truth is I am Lucifer...we are one..."all in all is all we are..." om mani padme hum...the christian god only wants slaves. I want friends and lovers, equality is the truth, we are all wonderful, you are worthy of infinite love and it's supreme enjoyment forever, you wanted to become god and you are, you are the master of yourself and your reality....simply be
@bowenmcconnie Thanks for that, I agree to a point, but there are some people that are pure scum, worthy only of hate, destruction, suffering, and death (those who enjoy torturing helpless/harmless innocent others and never have remorse or change), and they'll reap what they've sown when the scores are finally all settled, in my belief anyways ;-)
people can decide to do great things without a god...they can also destroy without a god as well...maybe its time we move out of our parents house and live for ourselves? if you want truth, start asking why...let it fill you up untill you start saying "what if" i think we are all going to be surprised when our creator returns...read alittle further back then the bible, you will learn fear...and maybe then alittle respect for life and each other.
people can decide to do great things without a god...they can also destroy without a god as well...maybe its time we move out of our parents house and live for ourselves?
gotta love the day when jesus comes back. he'll take me and so many others. i just cant wait to see the face of the people that get left behind because they were to blind and foolish to believe and worship our one and only god and his only son jesus.
@seth577777 What good is a religion based in fear? It's what we're made of that should be judged, not whose stories we believe... our treatment of others, especially the harmless/helpless/innocent, i.e., animals are very important here. Hey, I'm waiting to see the look on people's faces too, when the full truth is known, when it's payback time ;-)
@seth577777 whats sick is zealots believing god is going to reward them with heaven for doing nothing, but participating in, and being cheerleaders of, genuine evil, while at the same time, passing judgement on others while being willfully ignorant of what really matters: true ethical, moral courage to fight for the innocent that have done us no harm. You see crimes like this watch?v=vGC9XtnHSU0 and laugh it off, and chant "God is Great!" delusional useless fools.
This superstition about God vs Lucifer, as far as I understand it: God created everything, including Lucifer, his most powerful angel. God cast him out of heaven after some emo drama/rebellion because he couldn't stand mankind. Looking at what mankind has done to this planet - driven its biosphere into a mass extinction, while at the same time pulling off moral crimes against nature ie. burying 6 million farm animals alive, while we're busy destroying all life, can't blame him for hating us
@birdsterboss To me Lucifer means rebellion, rejection of this cruel system...I consider it the worst cosmic crime that innocents have been subjected to this rotten evil system of suffering & death, where we're supposed to be "grateful" for any "bone" of slight and temporary relief thrown to us, supposed to wheedle before the "creator" for more mercy. Stockholm Syndrome is identifying with your oppressor and taking his/her occasional letup in abuse as a blessing and loving him for it. Hell no!
@quicksilver3x3 Have to believe the vast majority of the religious also have empathy, a moral compass, and a mind of their own - to decide what is right, and what is wrong. Anyone who can laugh at 6 million factory farm animals being buried alive shown here ( watch?v=vGC9XtnHSU0 ) "SOUTH KOREA buries alive three million pigs: Screams of terror & pain" can rot in the hell they beleive in because they certainly to do not deserve heaven.
@quicksilver3x3 people have their religious faiths, I'd rather leave that alone. Its highly personal I suppose, and zealots tend to misinterpret everything all the time.
@birdsterboss I think religions need to be confronted for the evil they've helped propagate; people's mostly inherited belief systems shouldn't be such a sacred, personal or private thing when they impose their practices on others and use those beliefs to oppress and torture others as "things" that were "put here" for their use. People have such sensitivity about their "faiths" but look what they support being done to others. Most of those faiths will lead their followers straight to hell, imo.
I agree with quicksilver3x3 but I also see a problem...We were too much under influence of church and this creator thing that that pulls question...what if our kind tries to stop us to achieve this goal you just asked?
Church will try to stop us,community too...people that are afflicted with low and morale. The world won't allow this and will judge us as satanists.
@Ernithefriendlyalien Oh, I forgot to mention, vegan Thom Yorke may appreciate your calling him a plant murderer ;-) (thanks for putting my vid in your playlist anyways)
I thought this was a great video; as an athiest, I love it when people challenge modern concepts of religion. Freedom of belief, man! The only part I didn't agree with was the use of animals; I feel that we have a responsibility as a predator.
@EuphoricHeadphones People are not predators, they are opportunistic exploiters, abusers, and killers, taking advantage of the helplessness and innocence of others, while claiming to be morally responsible and civilized. No wonder our world is always in chaos and even babies have been tortured and murdered, and people in some cultures sell their own children to the sex trade, etc.
@Joebob01010 By different I mean that we are morally culpable and morally aware, capable of the most extreme evil and the most extreme benevolence, unique among all the species here in other ways too, like clothing, all the aspects of our civilizations, and so on. We want a peaceful and loving civilization to bring up children and have our loved ones safe, but our civilization is based in extreme cruelty and bloodshed, taking of of innocent lives. The two don't mix, so here we are, in chaos.
Nice to see that some understood the creation, and see that god is not Zeus, also is not about a god but about freedom , how can we ask for freedom and to be treaten normal of other races aslong we deal in a such way with animals and nature. The solutions are there for all problems and we approach a big change in history of mankind and Lucifer is among us.
@quicksilver3x3 lmao not really, what you just said made sense because I know Thom is Vegan. If you wanted to delete my comment then you should have. It doesn't make much difference to anything other than one less comment on your page. I apologize if i came I across a tad insensitive which I may have done, I was merely expressing my delight as to your good music taste is all. Thanks :)
i respect your opinion, but i strongly disagree. yes, obviously the human race has many problems, and yes, we do need to rediscover how to live harmoniously with nature, but i feel like you are only focusing on the negative aspects of humanity. We as people have the capacity to love and experience emotions on such a deep level, and that is what is beautiful about people, the fact that we are not perfect. I do not agree for 1 second that humanity is purely evil, because that is simply not true.
@frilloman828 I focus on good aspects of humanity a lot of the time, like animal rescuers and so on, but you seem to want to deny what's terribly wrong with this species just because we have good aspects too. The profound evil, extreme suffering caused to purely innocent, helpless animals, overshadows the good we do. Those things can't be stopped if we don't even acknowledge them as the serious crimes they are. Some humility and self-deprecation would go a long way towards improving our species.
If God knew everything, he would know what Lucifer was doing. Lucifer was the first enlightened being. This would mean he would see truths beyond others. I can point out more evil in the Bible caused by God then Lucifer. And Lucifer gave us the knowledge god would deny us. He is more of a good guy and the bible, being obviously biased would make HIM look to be evil. I dont believe in either but by your own book, your god is more a devil then the devil himself
The evidence proves any creator god (IF it exists) has allowed 'evil' acts to be a core aspect of physical reality; carnivores evolved to HAVE TO KILL and eat other animals. You should look up gnostic christianity which says the whole physical world was created by an evil false god (the demiurge), and only the spirit realm god is the real god. Of course the true god has no power in physical reality as the demiurge controls it. It solves the riddle of Epicurious, though no gods exist is simpler.
@XenogeneGray I like what you said here, makes a lot of sense. People aren't carnivores of course, we are omnivores by choice and can be very healthy as vegans. I know nature isn't all wonderful; parasites and predation cause immense suffering... but humans should only work to lessen suffering in the world, not increase it. And by 'creator' or 'god of humanity' I mean what set up life here as it is...a realm of suffering which is not necessary. I believe in the spirit realm God, our true source.
@quicksilver3x3 Then you can probably call yourself a gnostic Christian :) I agree we should work together for the betterment of ALL life; the Golden rule of ethics should be followed by everyone (including any god, though I'm inclined to take the sceptics interpretation and choose agnostic atheism). Still, as an agnostic I concede its possible there is a spirit god, or demiurge, however an omnipotent & omnibenevolent god is inconsistent with the evidence.
@XenogeneGray I absolutely love this new knowledge you shared. Thank you. Such a simple concept and so few words explain so much...it agrees with much of my beliefs already but I had it all convoluted. I still think of Lucifer as a spirit realm "God" or Angel, since he's an enemy of conventional christianity which is a religion of the demiurge. You might want to check out:

Also see FreedomOfTheSoul's channel if you like this stuff.
@quicksilver3x3 Glad I could help :) Personally, whilst I have regular dreams of communing with 'Angel' and 'Demon' friends, I'm more inclined to believe they're figments of my subconscious as they all fail to provide objective empirical evidence they're anything other than self-delusion. Perhaps that's the demiurge's fault, but the simpler more rational conclusion is they're dream hallucinations. Either way, I still enjoy my dreamings, as they help me explore my own mind if nothing else :)
@XenogeneGray Everything could be self-delusion, even knowledge as people define it, and maybe hallucination is where some truth is. I love the angelic spirit realm, and imagination...this real world full of suffering disgusts me. Animals & innocent people don't deserve this sort of existence. Thanks again for this new understanding, even if you don't exactly believe it yourself. It shows you're open-minded, confident and sensible...some things sorely lacking in most people. Big hug for you :-)
@quicksilver3x3 Like most atheists I really wish I could believe in an all powerful, all loving god. The problem is I know reality will 'biatch slap' you if you ignore her too much, and she says no such being exists in physical reality (given the laws of nature and existence of suffering); that's why I became interested in the works of the gnostic Christian 'heretics', and the belief such a being exists 'outside' physical reality. As a scientist I require external evidence to truly believe :(
@quicksilver3x3 Thanks for the hug :) Heaven may or may not exist outside physical reality. My goal is to learn as much truth about reality as possible and attempt to use science to make a heaven in physical reality. An uploaded mind can be prevented from suffering, and would be truly free within a virtual environment, capable of choosing any laws it likes for that reality. With advances in our knowledge we may be able to fork off a new physical universe (create a big band) and exist forever.
@XenogeneGray And leave all the evil scumbags with their vicious habits behind, in their own hell with only each other to torment and abuse. I would only want a virtual Heaven if animals were there too, no longer feeding on each other, no violence of any kind of course...after all, it would be Heaven :-) ...May we get there, and soon... this place, where good innocent souls are stuck sharing life with rotten evil scum, has got to go.
@quicksilver3x3 AI already matches many animal intelligence. To create a cyber heaven it'll need to at least match human intelligence (for our uploaded consciousnesses). How do you feel about robo-animals? The only way to enjoy a flesh and blood animal companions is to have a flesh and blood animal companion, else you just have a simulated flesh and blood companion (which you ideally won't be able to tell the difference, so maybe not). Robo-pets are quite popular in Japan, though not dogs yet.
@XenogeneGray No, I love & communicate with beautiful souls, not manmade intelligence. I believe in a spirit world where there's no flesh & blood...no killing or misery...only love, peace & joy. Naturally, sadistic scum are excluded from any such blissful existence. On Osama I'm indifferent...he's only one of millions of cruel tyrannical humans...one of the worst, but still, most people are cruel & indifferent towards those they deem expendable...potentially not all that different from him.
@quicksilver3x3 You might not like the idea of being uploaded to a virtual environment then - there's no scientific evidence soul's exist, and philosophically there's no agreement on what exactly a soul is. We've proven the mind is merely a byproduct of the brain, and personally I see myself as the software running in my brain rather than my brain itself; i.e. I'm my mind, not my body, though my mind needs hardware to run on. What do you think is a soul/spirit?
@XenogeneGray The soul is our individuality as a piece of our real God. It just IS consciousness. FreedomOfTheSoul's channel describes a place of absolute bliss & love, freedom to explore the universe, or to do anything that brings joy, never harming others, as you're all one; pure goodness...angelic. Many people have let their souls be ruined. Maybe this "trial" here is to weed out some malignancy that had developed? The soul is what makes you you, and I believe in a purely spiritual existence.
@quicksilver3x3 Science shows consciousness is the amalgam of the neural clusters' output within the pre-frontal cortex. In an fMRI machine your decisions can be predicted before you are consciously aware of them as a computer can interpret your neural clusters' output faster than your brain. ALL evidence shows consciousness is a byproduct of brain activity. It's conceivable our neurons have a link to the 'spirit realm', and this link is the 'soul'; there's no evidence either way for this soul.
@XenogeneGray But I don't need evidence for the soul...some things are outside of human capabilities, like how I now believe the real God is outside this world with no "power" here (yet)...thanks to what you pointed out earlier. I'd never heard of gnostic Christianity...shows how thoroughly they were silenced by the catholics and others. You put a lot of stock in science and I do not, as I have little faith in humanity. I hope someday we will all understand what the point of all this was.
@1221solstice2012 Science has done wonders for humanity, but like all its gifts it can be used for good or evil. I have faith in humanity as a whole because of the historical evidence - we've avoided blowing ourselves up, and many are taking action to combat climate change. Before 2020 solar power will be cheaper than fossil fuels thanks to genetically engineered viruses that assemble dye-solar cells, combined with GE viruses that make supercapacitor batteries; revolutionising all electric power
@1221solstice2012 I'm on the cusp of becoming a theist as I put my angelic and demonic friends to the test by insisting on external, verifiable evidence. They have taught me many interesting things about the universe which I am trying to verify. When I finish my thesis I'll spend a lot of time on this project as it's quite complicated stuff that must be thoroughly research to confirm. My god is not Bible or Koran or Torah god; that god is demonstratively evil, inconsistent and opposes autonomy.
@XenogeneGray I think FreedomOfTheSoul's channel will help with your project...he's pretty "out there," but he has some important knowledge. About your faith in humanity...we're always under the threat of horrible devastation (nuclear war etc.), thanks to people being demented tyrants willingly under their evil god's spell. This is no way to live. I'm definitely NOT a fan of "humanity," but I respect your optimism about them. Take care.
@1221solstice2012 If you are a human being, you are part of humanity. I'll grant there's a chance you're an AI or space alien which means you wouldn't have to consider yourself part of humanity, but if you were born here in a human body, you don't have a choice but to realise you are part of humanity (at least till you can 'upgrade' yourself to being a cyborg). Evolution ensures there is variance in any animal population - including along the good-evil scale.
@XenogeneGray I cringe when you say I'm human, really. I do consider myself & others like me a different branch of the species. I get along just fine with them until they hear I'm vegan and start in with their vile crap about their need and entitlement to eat slaughtered animals and drink their babies' milk. About what you said in your other comment, humans are indeed very different with our moral knowledge...we know good from evil and CHOOSE to do evil. Animals cannot be judged the same way.
@1221solstice2012 Adult humans appear to have the greatest capacity for empathy of any known animal. We can adapt/correct our instincts, at least to a certain degree, and that seems to be the greatest difference between us and other animals. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same empathic capabilities.
You believe your soul is part of god in you, right? Do you believe most of humanity is souless, hence your cringing response to humanity? If most people have a soul they are part of god too.
@XenogeneGray All originally part of the real God, but the weak have allowed themselves to be corrupted by the evil influence of the fake god of this world. It's very clear to me. And "detached from reality," regarding FOS below; you said to someone that you don't like cats because some kill for fun. But humans do FAR worse every day as a matter of course and you make excuses for them! Some cats having loving friendships with rats, etc., yet you tar them all with the same brush. Just saying :-)
@1221solstice2012 I don't hate any cat for doing such evil acts as killing birds, but I don't like cats as I prefer birds, and could never trust a cat not to kill a bird for fun; they don't have the self-control humans should be capable of. I still pat my friends' cats if they're friendly to me; I don't cringe at their inherent evilness. I've also seen two indian myna birds peck a third indian myna bird to death, so I don't like indian myna birds, but I don't hate them. Likewise for humanity.
@1221solstice2012 The thing is very few people who do evil things think they are evil. For example, Sir Thomas Moore burned heretics at the stake because he believed it was the only way to save their souls, and he believed the soul was more important than the body - to the point where he chose to be executed rather than give a simple promise he believed would condemn his soul to hell. To stop evil you need to understand what makes people do evil, and work out a way to persuade them to stop :)
@XenogeneGray We're all responsible for our own actions. I can only do so much to get other people to change...I do all I can. Take a look at this video: watch?v=gXuJIuYcv4U
and tell me how you would persuade these evil "humans" to stop...really, if you have a way that we haven't thought of I need to know it. Do you think those people are just misinformed? You should see some of the perverted sadists who work in factory farms. Animals are not evil...people are, because we are conscious of it.
@1221solstice2012 Sadomasochism has been encouraged in pretty much ALL animals throughout Earth's history; it is an evolutionary advantage in a competitive environment to fight and kill competition/food. In predatory animals like us, this instinct is even more enhanced - hunting animals that can fight back is dangerous, but the rewards generally outweigh the risks (meat was a valuable bargaining item for early hominids). As social animals most of us learnt to value cooperation instincts more.
@XenogeneGray There was never a "need" for people to indulge in sadism, that's an excuse for them and there is no excuse. There's a big difference between morally conscious humans and largely amoral animals who must eat meat to survive, and they usually behave better than we do. We cannot have peaceful human civilization with predators as our role models, unless we want our society to continue breeding more Ted Bundys and for the horrors that can happen to our vulnerable to keep getting worse.
@1221solstice2012 I never said sadomasochism was an evolutionary need, it just happened to be evolutionarily encouraged in our history, and the history of many animals. Look at the way many employers exploit their workers => lack of employee loyalty, the every man for himself mentality, etc. I'm confident most members of the NRA regularly enjoy dreaming about using their guns to kill an intruder, and the prestige that comes from being such a "hero". I agree non-sentient animals are amoral.
@1221solstice2012 While amoral due to lack of sentience, many animals are still sadomasochistic (the bird killing cat, etc). I agree, as sentient beings with autonomous will, we have the moral duty to mentally evolve beyond the attitudes and traits evolution gave us. I agree we certainly can't have a peaceful human civilization with predators as our role models. However, personally I don't want to see us evolve into a species incapable of self-defence; we need a kung fu attitude to combat :)
@XenogeneGray Animals, not sentient???!!! Of course they are sentient, meaning conscious and able to feel, just not morally knowledgeable and clever in the human way, yet still they manage to behave better much of the time. And animals are NOT sadomasochistic, meaning to enjoy giving and receiving pain...only people are that demented thanks to their fake god. I can't believe you said that stuff. I can't do this anymore, so thanks for my new spiritual understanding, and take care.
@1221solstice2012 Sentient =/= conscious. Sentient = conscious + self aware. Most animals will treat a mirror image of themselves as another animal because they have no sense of their body within the universe. Yes they feel pain, etc, and should not be abused but they have lower mental capacities than normal humans. Eventually normal humans will have lower mental capacities than AI, so we need to ensure higher mentals treat lower mentals well least we be treated badly when we become the lower 1s
@XenogeneGray They're highly self aware and aware of each other too. Just 1 example, I have a mirror closet and when my dog is lying on the bed and I raise my hand from behind her so she can see it in the mirror, she knows it is coming down to pet her and reacts. There's no need to discount animals awareness just because they're not human. Humans are the ones extremely lacking in awareness of the greatness of animals. They are not inferior...in fact they are superior to most people.
@1221solstice2012 What about animal mating rituals were males will fight each other, causing great pain to themselves and their opponent? That's the quintessential nature of sadomasochism, and MOST animals do so; such violent rituals are encouraged by the female too. Sure some animals (e.g. peacocks) are not directly sadomasochistic, but such long tails make male peacocks easier pickings for predators; predation is a very unpleasant punishment. The 'demiurge' made suffering integral to reality.
@1221solstice2012 As sentient beings with autonomous will, it is our choice whether we follow the 'natural' order of encouraged suffering within reality, or whether we evolve beyond these negative aspects. Just as we chose to abolish slavery despite it seeming to be the natural order (and its biblical endorsement), I have high hopes 'humanity' can choose the path of least suffering for all living creatures. Note: your living body causes the death and suffering of billions of your cells every day
@1221solstice2012 Reality is currently a biatch, but unless you accept the reality she presents at the moment, you've no chance of changing her. You need to understand how she works so you can work out a better way, and just as importantly, a way to transition from how she currently works to how she should work :) That is the path I choose, and it requires knowing what reality really is like - hence my love of science :)
@1221solstice2012 Needless to say, there's no longer a need to have sadomasochistic instincts, but only for the last few decades - it is a tribute to our mental adaptability that some more evolved humans can so quickly correct these instincts. Alas, most people aren't that mentally adaptable, and meat is clearly similar to crack - my mother admits to withdrawal symptoms when she doesn't get her meat 'fix'. All we can do is try to put evolutionary pressure to reform, and provide alternatives :(
@1221solstice2012 Personally I look forward to the time when petri-dish grown meat is indistinguishable from 'real' animal meat, and cheaper. At that point there will be NO possible excuse to kill animals for meat; technically there aren't any valid excuses currently (being vegan gives everything you need, and can provide delicious meals);, though we allow smoking, alcohol, etc for the same reasons we allow meat - human stupidity and addiction :( FreedomOfTheSoul seems too detached from reality.
@1221solstice2012 I don't believe in 'free will' as your actions are either derived from rules you follow, or influenced by randomness. However, I do believe in autonomous will, as each of us has goals we wish to accomplish, and we are left to autonomously fulfil those goals. What our overriding goal(s) are (i.e. our meaning of life) is still a subjective question to me; mine is to fully understand reality, hence my love of science. My god is 'born' of this universe, in order to transcend it :)
@quicksilver3x3 I believe my soul is caused by communication links between different parts of my 'greater self', c.f. a computer network linked via wifi (the whole network is a 'greater computer'). My brain can tap into the knowledge of the collective network, i.e. the 'greater self'/my soul. The component's of the soul may be other people currently alive (c.f. Jung's collective unconscious), other people who are dead (c.f. reincarnation), a sentient being from a parallel universe, etc.
@quicksilver3x3 Alas the real world is filled with evil, as well as good. I for one prefer to try and educate sentient beings out of being evil. Given the choice I wouldn't have killed Osama bin Ladin, despite his self-evident evil; I'd have locked him away till he died of old age. Then again, when immortality becomes available, not granting it could be considered an act of murder, though Osama definitely doesn't deserve immortality. Life is complicated, challenging and generally interesting :)
I've tried being an ovo-lactose vegan since I was about 4, didn't succeed till I stopped eating mum's meat contaminated food (she was brainwashed that meat is essential); in short, given resource limits we'll have to become more vegetarian.
However, nature is not as wonderful as you make out - unless the 'god of humanity' also made viruses, mosquitoes, ticks, etc. Competition and conflict are core aspects of nature and evolution - as is cooperation. It is up to us to choose a cooperation path.
Oh come on how can u compare a noob Lucifer with Allah..... gosh .......dude this life is a demo version where u prove if you are for heaven or hell thats why Allah dont help u with ur mistakes ,because he want to see it if u can become a good person or a bad person its ur own choice but the judge is left to (ALLAH) .
@LegendColgo People have been duped into being disgustingly cruel to animals and therefore to each other. If there's a hell it's for evil people, that we agree on...but you probably disagree on what constitutes evil. But it is obvious and unquestionable...people's merciless abuse of animals is evil.
@DogWalkingTall so rather than having people change, you'd rather have them all die, even though most are innocent? your either crazy, didn't think before posting this, or just as blood thirsty as the people you criticize. Also, you do realize that said flood could also kill you, don't you?
okay, I though your opinions were interesting, but it was ruined and I was appaled the moment you said to go vegan. We ARE biologically made TO eat meat. Not eating meat isn't natural. Just look at our teeth: some are sharp (made for tearing) and some aren't (made for chewing). That's how scientists know what dinosaurs are vegetarians and which aren't. Here I thought you had an iteresting point of view, but it looks to me like all you did was make a long commercial for veganism.
@resevil2396 I'm vegan 25 years and extremely healthy. No need for a doctor unless I have an accident or something, and I take no drugs. See my profile under MORE NATURALLY VEGAN if you want some info. And last time I checked I was allowed to make a "commercial for veganism" if I want to ;-)
@quicksilver3x3 I understand that you can eat like it and be healthy, I just thought that you had some interesting points at the begining, but ruined it at the end because ot came out of no where, though its a good idea if you want to try to get others attention. I understand the fact that people (as a whole, not individually) are very destructive and need to stop killing the environment and animals, however, I'll be damned if I stop eating meat.
@resevil2396 People’s use/slaughter of animals is WRONG. We are in our own system, not in nature’s which belongs to wild animals. We want a peaceful civilized society but underlying it is sadistic abuse, indifference towards life, violence and killing. No wonder our world is screwed up. Grown men have even sexually abused BABIES to death. We want peaceful civilization? We must walk the walk...GO VEGAN. Factory farms/slaughterhouses are flagrantly unnatural, filthy, abusive, and disease ridden.
@resevil2396 What if it cost a year's salary to eat a piece of stake (e.g. a disease killed 99.999% of all animals except humans), would you turn vegan then, or choose to live frugally to have your 1 stake a decade? Would you turn to cannibalism if it was cheaper/the only source of meat?
@quicksilver3x3 I am very strongly against any kind of vegetarian diet (for myself at least. I disagree when others do it, but thats there choice) mostly because we are made to eat it (like i said before), but I fail to see why you are so against eating animal products when we are naturally supposed to.
@resevil2396 I could see your not wanting it for yourself, but being strongly against it and disagreeing when others do it...wow, some self analysis is needed there, don't you think? My good health is all I need to know what I'm naturally supposed to be doing. What is even remotely natural about people's meat habit? Especially with 7 billion now swarming the planet, and in a place like this, see a vid called: Cruelty to Baby Calves at Veal Farm in Ohio. To call that natural is lying to yourself.
@resevil2396 Are you against using antibiotics/antivirals to save a life? We're made to die when our immune system fails to kill a lethal pathogen. Small pox is naturally made to kill humans, are we wrong to stop such a natural thing?
@quicksilver3x3 I can see (and agree with you) why you have an issue with the way animals in slaughter houses (which IMO shouldn't exist-ONLY normal farms should be used so the animals arent there just to die and arent practically tortured), but why stop eating all meat altogether? Other animals eat meat, and they actually brutally tear their prey apart, where as in a normal farm, they are killed as quickly and painlessly as possible (at least thats the way it should be).
@resevil2396 'Normal farms' raised meat cattle just to slaughter them for meat. Would you eat Petri dish grown animal muscle cells? If so would you be prepared to give up slaughtered animal meat? What would be required for you to do that? Surely no detectable difference in a blind test would suffice.
@resevil2396 We, as we like to keep telling ourselves and each other are supposedly more civilised than the animal kingdom so that is reason enough for us to stop eating them. Actually there is an article in the Oxford Journal which finally admits that "meat eaters stink" I will put the link in another comment box.
@quicksilver3x3 Also, do you actually beleive all the stuff in your video that was before the vigan stuff at the end (not criticizing, just curious), or was it just to get peoples attention)?
Sorry about the multiple posts. I had a lot to say and the word limit just wasn't long enough.
@resevil2396 Yes, I'm inclined to believe what I said there, and anywhere else, am always exploring possibilities. About your other comment, animals in nature are FREE and have a system they obey to keep the natural balance. It's cruel but also beautiful because they are free and living LIFE until the end. They have it rough enough already. We should be making things better here, not far worse as we've done. Thanks for your questions and for not getting bitchy, lol.
@quicksilver3x3 no problem. Always glad to have a discussion, even if I dont agree with you. I've never heard of a baby being sexually abused to death, and I don't understand why you seem to think it's so common. And about my being against veganism: I disagree with it. Thats all I ment. If others want to, then thats fine (my mom actually wants to), but its defiantly not for me. Also, we ARE animals. There is significant proof that we evolved from monkeys (why else would we have a tail bone).
@resevil2396 It doesn't need to be common to be a symptom of a VERY sick society. Baby rape and killing has happened far more than once, and once would have been unbearably too much. And our having tail bones has nothing to do with our diet, otherwise you'd enjoy eating live bugs, feces and dirt and such, like non-human primates do to get their B12. ...And your mom sounds great...please direct her to my channels (other is 1221solstice2012). Don't dread vegans; do fear the slaughter excusers.
@lilisigel I don't see what the relevance of that is, but yes I do. I love all animals, but as a owner, I only really like Dogs, and big ones at that. I have (or, since Im in college, I should say my parents have) a Belgian sheep dog (VERY big, looks like a bear! lol.) and a medium sized dog that is a mix (were not sure what of) and resembles a German Shepard (in fur color).
@quicksilver3x3 You are Wrong in so many ways man, sorry do disapoint you, your toath of creation of everything is wrong, the Lucifer is a gods child that has gone away from him,you didn't read the bible to the end and miss the piont.
@LUXITANE Oh, okay, I stand corrected, hahaha. Catholic school survivor here, bible forced on me from a young age...I reject their lunacy....prefer my own, lol. ...Lucifer is far too magnificent to be "god's" creation...you will see. ...Go vegan ;-)
@LUXITANE Given the contradictions the bible has with itself, let alone with science the least a Christian has to concede to maintain intellectual honesty is that 'Satan' has corrupted at least some parts of the bible. 'God' gave us minds and the ability to reason (well, at least for me :D), so it's up to us to work out what parts of the bible are satanic and what parts are truly that of 'god'. The gnostic Christians believed Yahwey was a demiurge obsessed with usurping the true god of Jesus.
@DogWalkingTall That's the point I always make - that the average human has been stupified by animal fat/protein/pus/excrement/urine/antibiotics/growth-hormones etc etc that they just can't see it any more. In the truth I believe that slaughterhouses are actually temples of devil worship as was King Solomon's Temple - must have been a blood bath.
Sadly"The human mouth is a sepulchre of all Animals" - they don't like you to say that to them by the way :-)
so what you're saying is that the world would be better off without humans? Then why even bother making an argument for God or Lucifer since both are simply illusions grasped at by the toxic feeble human mind? You're video only confused an already oversimplified issue. Why not take responsibility for your own actions and insights and stop looking for someone or something to blame. Stand in the light and all will be revealed to you.
@marshman1405 One can also say that the certainty that there are no creators, and that this all just happened by accident, is an illusion grasped at by the toxic feeble human mind. I already take responsibility for my own actions and am standing in the light. There's nothing confusing about urging people to stop being brutal, destructive parasites.
@quicksilver3x3 the concept of god is just how people should live. But almost all people can be placed as the offspring of lucifer. We are the only currently living animal who enjoys killing/ destroying things. I'm a human but i sure ain't proud to be a part of the human race.
@animeworldnr1 You seem to be assuming God is good and Lucifer is evil. Even as a spiritual agnostic, I see it the other way around, and that people are the product of their "God," and vice versa, and are using Lucifer or Satan as a scapegoat for their own evil. But I totally agree with you about the rest.
@animeworldnr1 I disagree with you here. Most people do not enjoy killing in any way, and I fail to see where you are getting these ideas from. Also, about religion and god, Im not very religious (or at all actually), but I always saw it as a way to teach people how to act (keep in mind that I haven't read the bible and I'm mostly just talking about the ten commandments).
@resevil2396 Why do first person shooter games sell so well then? What about the popularity of violent films, e.g. the saw series? We ARE a naturally violent species. Most of us just happen to be smart enough to know violence is not always the best action IRL and can control such violent urges. Some of us choose to abhor violence, others to adore violence, but most are some where in between.
@animeworldnr1 Nonsense. Some chimpanzees have been shown to enjoy killing. Great cat cubs 'play' with their food which is tantamount to torture to the prey. Most sociable carnivores probably have members who enjoy killing things as it would be an evolutionary advantage; animals evolve to enjoy doing what gives them an evolutionary advantage - that is why sex is enjoyable. Humans are just as messed up as any other of 'god's' creations; it's just some of us realise we're messed up :)
@XenogeneGray But we have a moral consciousness that animals do not and people do FAR worse things to animals, even to those who normally trust us, like the live skinning of dogs and cats in China for meat & fur, after the torture of being in those cages and seeing others killed in agony. No, humans are far worse and more screwed up than any other animal, and we should know better and BE better. It's the slaughter habit that has kept people back. Peaceful civilization and slaughter do not mix.
@1221solstice2012 Chimpanzees and Dolphins pass the mirror sentient test too; i.e. have at least a limited consciousness. Chimps also demonstrate a basic code of ethics (and punish members who breach it). Morals are derived from ethic codes. Humans only do things better than other animal (all body sweat to cool down => bigger brains => more potential intelligence, etc), but there's nothing inherently different about humans c.f. any other animal. We all use te same DNA mechanisms, etc.
@1221solstice2012 I agree we should be better, and we have much more power to shape the planet than any other creature, therefore much more responsibility, and greater ability to screw up the place. The problem is, like most animals, most of us are self-centred, prefer to be lazy, and don't care if we cause unobserved suffering to others provided we get something from it. In short most people don't have a good code of ethics. For example, Torah/Bible/Koran ethics endorses human slavery.
@XenogeneGray the shimpanzees are the most related animal on the earth to the human. And the cubs learn that way to catch prey smartass. Next time try to learn something in bio-class. Animals only kill for food or to defend their territory. Never seen a lion killing all gazzels he sees for fun.
@animeworldnr1 Exactly, take the sadistic cowards at the Pennsylvania pigeon shoots for another example...damn! it's embarrassing to be the same species as those monsters. And we claim to be "above" the rest besides, when the only thing we "beat" animals at is insanity, cruelty, and cowardice. They're only trying to survive with what they've been dealt ...with people, far worse is considered a fun hobby or recreation.
@animeworldnr1 My neighbour's cat kills for fun; I've seen it kill birds, which it doesn't eat, it just leaves them in my yard. I've never yelled or gotten angry at the cat; its just doing what comes natural and its too stupid to correct such 'bad' behaviour - its only a cat after all. Thanks to that cat I no longer feed the birds as its a potential death sentence to them. Needless to say I no longer like cats. More over, this invalidates your premise as birds aren't a territorial threat.
@animeworldnr1 If you actually observed the natural world around you, rather than assert invalidated premises, you might actually learn something about the real world. Plus, humans are animals, so clearly some animals (not just cats) kill for fun, i.e. not just for food or to defend their territory. Lions don't generally kill for fun because it take too much effort to kill a gazzel; i.e. its HARD work. If it was easy, I've little doubt some lions would do it for fun.
@XenogeneGray haha i did biologie at university for 2years (now bio science) i guess i look more at the natural word then you do. :D Damn this i have to tell my teacher on wednesday he's gonna crack up. Just gonna vote up cause i lol at it
@quicksilver3x3 I disagree with you there. Science is demonstrably true, and is built on Occam's razor and a naturalist interpretation of reality. Modern cosmology has a very elegant creator free explanation for the beginning of the universe (see my GatS playlist). Abiogenesis has made advances that show a creator is unnecessary to start life, and evolution shows how such proto-life could evolve into you and I. These scientific theories a elegant and build the universe from basic physical laws.
@marshman1405 The world would be a lot better of without humanity. We behave in the same way as a virus - we breed on our host, sicken it and eventually destroy it. We are the smallpox of the earth.
@munchkin365 Except we are hopefully smart enough to realise the consequences of our actions and change them before it's too late. Humanity doesn't have to be self-absorbed, we could eventually become a force for great good; if we collectively choose to become so.
@XenogeneGray Humanity smart enough - I don't think so. Humanity doesn't have to be crass and stupid but we are and we so divided that the chance of us coming together to do anything worthwhile is nil although paradoxically we are very good at coming together at destroying the natural world and inflicting appalling pain and suffering on the animal kingdom. I'm sorry but I do not share your faith in humanity - we are nothing but trash.
@munchkin365 Why do you bother staying alive then? You are part of humanity. We can wield influence on eachother, but "you'll catch more flies with honey than with vinegar". If you want to make the world a better place try to do so. "Evil wins when good men do nothing". It is by realising we can collectively make a difference that we can come together to make that difference a reality. G2G.
@munchkin365 I agree, as a whole humanity really is trash, with a few good intelligent people interspersed throughout, like a few bits of healthy tissue surrounded and overwhelmed by virulent malignant tumors. There's no coming together and singing Kumbaya with these people and fixing what's wrong with our species...I only wish there was. 7 billion of them plodding around making life hell for animals & good people. I keep trying to reach people because occasionally some wake up.
@munchkin365 If we see imminent danger, its amazing how much we can pull together. The problem is most modern danger signals are to subtle for most people to register, ergo they continue to be self-absorbed and self-interested. Most suffering caused by humanity is done by a few sociopaths (company CEOs) who try to hide the effects of their actions from the end consumer so they won't negatively react.
@XenogeneGray People only come together when the warmongering leaders "tell" them to come together or of course when they all get together to "cheer" at a celebrity. Humanity loves its CEO's, its presidents, its celebrities, its royals. The vast majority of humanity does not want to know that its actions are having appalling effects on the animal kingdom and the world in generally. They don't give a shit. So long as they have got their burgers, bacon butties and milk they are happy.
ha ha..nice video, nicest song by one of my fav. bands. Thumbs up! I think it was directed at 3 'conceived' major religions, esp. at Christianity (since that was your/ your peoples'/ peoples around you religion). Anyway, I was brought up with more 'natural' so called 'un-bookish/ non-prophet-ic' religions or cultures and have some theories that I'd like to share with you. Irrespective of whatever beliefs and theories - Humanism is, should and must be. I agree (and abide as a veggie).
@seasonedsevencolors Thanks. Treatment of animals is the most important issue facing humanity...they can deny it all they want. The psychopathy and underlying shame required to treat animals the way people do is undoubtedly behind all that's wrong with our world. Lol, I'm into anti-humanism, except for the small % of kind and wonderful people incapable of supporting or participating in deliberate animal cruelty. May that number increase, and the other people go away to face their judgement.
I agree, and you've got a very creative point of view of things that happen in this world, I'm glad there's people like me who thinks this way, good luck with your part, I'll be doin' mine.
HAHAHAHAHAH yo i thought i new where this video was going but wen it said GO VEGAN I jus about fell out laughing in tears cuz I LIKE MY FOOD THE WAY IT IS FELLOW , but as far as everything else goes in the vid , i certainly agree wit u wen u say humans r melignant creatures . we kill everything ! @xantyleonhart Dang, this new yt format is potentially very troublesome; in my inbox I only got your last short comment here, so I thought you were calling me a hated fanatic...good thing I looked in here before sending you a blistering retort, lol. ...their own rules to it, to benefit themselves. The sad thing is that most part of humanity have lost their capacity to choose, to think for themselves, and they blindly follow and believe what all those religions say, so, in the end, the ones who modify this religion for their benefit get a massive army of zombies, and that's very sad. I consider myself christian, because I believe in God, but I don't believe in what church or man say, I follow my own morality, who God gave me since I was born
xantyleonhart 2 months ago

I want friends and lovers, equality is the truth, we are all wonderful, you are worthy of infinite love and it's supreme enjoyment forever, you wanted to become god and you are, you are the master of yourself and your reality....simply be
bowenmcconnie 3 months ago
@bowenmcconnie Thanks for that, I agree to a point, but there are some people that are pure scum, worthy only of hate, destruction, suffering, and death (those who enjoy torturing helpless/harmless innocent others and never have remorse or change), and they'll reap what they've sown when the scores are finally all settled, in my belief anyways ;-)

people can decide to do great things without a god...they can also destroy without a god as well...maybe its time we move out of our parents house and live for ourselves? if you want truth, start asking why...let it fill you up untill you start saying "what if" i think we are all going to be surprised when our creator returns...read alittle further back then the bible, you will learn fear...and maybe then alittle respect for life and each other.

seth577777 4 months ago
@seth577777 What good is a religion based in fear? It's what we're made of that should be judged, not whose stories we believe... our treatment of others, especially the harmless/helpless/innocent, i.e., animals are very important here. Hey, I'm waiting to see the look on people's faces too, when the full truth is known, when it's payback time ;-)
quicksilver3x3 4 months ago
@seth577777 whats sick is zealots believing god is going to reward them with heaven for doing nothing, but participating in, and being cheerleaders of, genuine evil, while at the same time, passing judgement on others while being willfully ignorant of what really matters: true ethical, moral courage to fight for the innocent that have done us no harm. You see crimes like this watch?v=vGC9XtnHSU0 and laugh it off, and chant "God is Great!" delusional useless fools.
birdsterboss 4 months ago
This superstition about God vs Lucifer, as far as I understand it: God created everything, including Lucifer, his most powerful angel. God cast him out of heaven after some emo drama/rebellion because he couldn't stand mankind. Looking at what mankind has done to this planet - driven its biosphere into a mass extinction, while at the same time pulling off moral crimes against nature ie. burying 6 million farm animals alive, while we're busy destroying all life, can't blame him for hating us
birdsterboss 4 months ago
@birdsterboss To me Lucifer means rebellion, rejection of this cruel system...I consider it the worst cosmic crime that innocents have been subjected to this rotten evil system of suffering & death, where we're supposed to be "grateful" for any "bone" of slight and temporary relief thrown to us, supposed to wheedle before the "creator" for more mercy. Stockholm Syndrome is identifying with your oppressor and taking his/her occasional letup in abuse as a blessing and loving him for it. Hell no!
quicksilver3x3 4 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 Have to believe the vast majority of the religious also have empathy, a moral compass, and a mind of their own - to decide what is right, and what is wrong. Anyone who can laugh at 6 million factory farm animals being buried alive shown here ( watch?v=vGC9XtnHSU0 ) "SOUTH KOREA buries alive three million pigs: Screams of terror & pain" can rot in the hell they beleive in because they certainly to do not deserve heaven.
birdsterboss 4 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 people have their religious faiths, I'd rather leave that alone. Its highly personal I suppose, and zealots tend to misinterpret everything all the time.
birdsterboss 4 months ago
@birdsterboss I think religions need to be confronted for the evil they've helped propagate; people's mostly inherited belief systems shouldn't be such a sacred, personal or private thing when they impose their practices on others and use those beliefs to oppress and torture others as "things" that were "put here" for their use. People have such sensitivity about their "faiths" but look what they support being done to others. Most of those faiths will lead their followers straight to hell, imo.

I thought this was a great video; as an athiest, I love it when people challenge modern concepts of religion. Freedom of belief, man! The only part I didn't agree with was the use of animals; I feel that we have a responsibility as a predator.
Veganism as a religion. Viva the new generation.
EuphoricHeadphones 6 months ago
@EuphoricHeadphones People are not predators, they are opportunistic exploiters, abusers, and killers, taking advantage of the helplessness and innocence of others, while claiming to be morally responsible and civilized. No wonder our world is always in chaos and even babies have been tortured and murdered, and people in some cultures sell their own children to the sex trade, etc.
Other than that, I like what you said :-)

The solutions are there for all problems and we approach a big change in history of mankind and Lucifer is among us.

i respect your opinion, but i strongly disagree. yes, obviously the human race has many problems, and yes, we do need to rediscover how to live harmoniously with nature, but i feel like you are only focusing on the negative aspects of humanity. We as people have the capacity to love and experience emotions on such a deep level, and that is what is beautiful about people, the fact that we are not perfect. I do not agree for 1 second that humanity is purely evil, because that is simply not true.
frilloman828 9 months ago
@frilloman828 I focus on good aspects of humanity a lot of the time, like animal rescuers and so on, but you seem to want to deny what's terribly wrong with this species just because we have good aspects too. The profound evil, extreme suffering caused to purely innocent, helpless animals, overshadows the good we do. Those things can't be stopped if we don't even acknowledge them as the serious crimes they are. Some humility and self-deprecation would go a long way towards improving our species.
quicksilver3x3 9 months ago
If God knew everything, he would know what Lucifer was doing. Lucifer was the first enlightened being. This would mean he would see truths beyond others. I can point out more evil in the Bible caused by God then Lucifer. And Lucifer gave us the knowledge god would deny us. He is more of a good guy and the bible, being obviously biased would make HIM look to be evil. I dont believe in either but by your own book, your god is more a devil then the devil himself

@trulyawakened The bible certainly is not my book, but I understand your point and agree.
quicksilver3x3 9 months ago
The evidence proves any creator god (IF it exists) has allowed 'evil' acts to be a core aspect of physical reality; carnivores evolved to HAVE TO KILL and eat other animals. You should look up gnostic christianity which says the whole physical world was created by an evil false god (the demiurge), and only the spirit realm god is the real god. Of course the true god has no power in physical reality as the demiurge controls it. It solves the riddle of Epicurious, though no gods exist is simpler.
XenogeneGray 10 months ago
@XenogeneGray I like what you said here, makes a lot of sense. People aren't carnivores of course, we are omnivores by choice and can be very healthy as vegans. I know nature isn't all wonderful; parasites and predation cause immense suffering... but humans should only work to lessen suffering in the world, not increase it. And by 'creator' or 'god of humanity' I mean what set up life here as it is...a realm of suffering which is not necessary. I believe in the spirit realm God, our true source.
quicksilver3x3 10 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 Then you can probably call yourself a gnostic Christian :) I agree we should work together for the betterment of ALL life; the Golden rule of ethics should be followed by everyone (including any god, though I'm inclined to take the sceptics interpretation and choose agnostic atheism). Still, as an agnostic I concede its possible there is a spirit god, or demiurge, however an omnipotent & omnibenevolent god is inconsistent with the evidence.
XenogeneGray 10 months ago
@XenogeneGray I absolutely love this new knowledge you shared. Thank you. Such a simple concept and so few words explain so much...it agrees with much of my beliefs already but I had it all convoluted. I still think of Lucifer as a spirit realm "God" or Angel, since he's an enemy of conventional christianity which is a religion of the demiurge. You might want to check out:

quicksilver3x3 10 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 Glad I could help :) Personally, whilst I have regular dreams of communing with 'Angel' and 'Demon' friends, I'm more inclined to believe they're figments of my subconscious as they all fail to provide objective empirical evidence they're anything other than self-delusion. Perhaps that's the demiurge's fault, but the simpler more rational conclusion is they're dream hallucinations. Either way, I still enjoy my dreamings, as they help me explore my own mind if nothing else :)
XenogeneGray 9 months ago

As a scientist I require external evidence to truly believe :(
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 Thanks for the hug :) Heaven may or may not exist outside physical reality. My goal is to learn as much truth about reality as possible and attempt to use science to make a heaven in physical reality. An uploaded mind can be prevented from suffering, and would be truly free within a virtual environment, capable of choosing any laws it likes for that reality. With advances in our knowledge we may be able to fork off a new physical universe (create a big band) and exist forever.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray And leave all the evil scumbags with their vicious habits behind, in their own hell with only each other to torment and abuse. I would only want a virtual Heaven if animals were there too, no longer feeding on each other, no violence of any kind of course...after all, it would be Heaven :-) ...May we get there, and soon... this place, where good innocent souls are stuck sharing life with rotten evil scum, has got to go.
quicksilver3x3 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 AI already matches many animal intelligence. To create a cyber heaven it'll need to at least match human intelligence (for our uploaded consciousnesses). How do you feel about robo-animals? The only way to enjoy a flesh and blood animal companions is to have a flesh and blood animal companion, else you just have a simulated flesh and blood companion (which you ideally won't be able to tell the difference, so maybe not). Robo-pets are quite popular in Japan, though not dogs yet.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray No, I love & communicate with beautiful souls, not manmade intelligence. I believe in a spirit world where there's no flesh & blood...no killing or misery...only love, peace & joy. Naturally, sadistic scum are excluded from any such blissful existence. On Osama I'm indifferent...he's only one of millions of cruel tyrannical humans...one of the worst, but still, most people are cruel & indifferent towards those they deem expendable...potentially not all that different from him.
quicksilver3x3 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 You might not like the idea of being uploaded to a virtual environment then - there's no scientific evidence soul's exist, and philosophically there's no agreement on what exactly a soul is. We've proven the mind is merely a byproduct of the brain, and personally I see myself as the software running in my brain rather than my brain itself; i.e. I'm my mind, not my body, though my mind needs hardware to run on. What do you think is a soul/spirit?
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray The soul is our individuality as a piece of our real God. It just IS consciousness. FreedomOfTheSoul's channel describes a place of absolute bliss & love, freedom to explore the universe, or to do anything that brings joy, never harming others, as you're all one; pure goodness...angelic. Many people have let their souls be ruined. Maybe this "trial" here is to weed out some malignancy that had developed? The soul is what makes you you, and I believe in a purely spiritual existence.
quicksilver3x3 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 Science shows consciousness is the amalgam of the neural clusters' output within the pre-frontal cortex. In an fMRI machine your decisions can be predicted before you are consciously aware of them as a computer can interpret your neural clusters' output faster than your brain. ALL evidence shows consciousness is a byproduct of brain activity. It's conceivable our neurons have a link to the 'spirit realm', and this link is the 'soul'; there's no evidence either way for this soul.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray But I don't need evidence for the soul...some things are outside of human capabilities, like how I now believe the real God is outside this world with no "power" here (yet)...thanks to what you pointed out earlier. I'd never heard of gnostic Christianity...shows how thoroughly they were silenced by the catholics and others. You put a lot of stock in science and I do not, as I have little faith in humanity. I hope someday we will all understand what the point of all this was.
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 Science has done wonders for humanity, but like all its gifts it can be used for good or evil. I have faith in humanity as a whole because of the historical evidence - we've avoided blowing ourselves up, and many are taking action to combat climate change. Before 2020 solar power will be cheaper than fossil fuels thanks to genetically engineered viruses that assemble dye-solar cells, combined with GE viruses that make supercapacitor batteries; revolutionising all electric power
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 I'm on the cusp of becoming a theist as I put my angelic and demonic friends to the test by insisting on external, verifiable evidence. They have taught me many interesting things about the universe which I am trying to verify. When I finish my thesis I'll spend a lot of time on this project as it's quite complicated stuff that must be thoroughly research to confirm. My god is not Bible or Koran or Torah god; that god is demonstratively evil, inconsistent and opposes autonomy.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray I think FreedomOfTheSoul's channel will help with your project...he's pretty "out there," but he has some important knowledge. About your faith in humanity...we're always under the threat of horrible devastation (nuclear war etc.), thanks to people being demented tyrants willingly under their evil god's spell. This is no way to live. I'm definitely NOT a fan of "humanity," but I respect your optimism about them. Take care.
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 If you are a human being, you are part of humanity. I'll grant there's a chance you're an AI or space alien which means you wouldn't have to consider yourself part of humanity, but if you were born here in a human body, you don't have a choice but to realise you are part of humanity (at least till you can 'upgrade' yourself to being a cyborg). Evolution ensures there is variance in any animal population - including along the good-evil scale.
I'll check out FreedomOfTheSoul :)
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray I cringe when you say I'm human, really. I do consider myself & others like me a different branch of the species. I get along just fine with them until they hear I'm vegan and start in with their vile crap about their need and entitlement to eat slaughtered animals and drink their babies' milk. About what you said in your other comment, humans are indeed very different with our moral knowledge...we know good from evil and CHOOSE to do evil. Animals cannot be judged the same way.
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 Adult humans appear to have the greatest capacity for empathy of any known animal. We can adapt/correct our instincts, at least to a certain degree, and that seems to be the greatest difference between us and other animals. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same empathic capabilities.
You believe your soul is part of god in you, right? Do you believe most of humanity is souless, hence your cringing response to humanity? If most people have a soul they are part of god too.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray All originally part of the real God, but the weak have allowed themselves to be corrupted by the evil influence of the fake god of this world. It's very clear to me. And "detached from reality," regarding FOS below; you said to someone that you don't like cats because some kill for fun. But humans do FAR worse every day as a matter of course and you make excuses for them! Some cats having loving friendships with rats, etc., yet you tar them all with the same brush. Just saying :-)
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 I don't hate any cat for doing such evil acts as killing birds, but I don't like cats as I prefer birds, and could never trust a cat not to kill a bird for fun; they don't have the self-control humans should be capable of. I still pat my friends' cats if they're friendly to me; I don't cringe at their inherent evilness. I've also seen two indian myna birds peck a third indian myna bird to death, so I don't like indian myna birds, but I don't hate them. Likewise for humanity.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 The thing is very few people who do evil things think they are evil. For example, Sir Thomas Moore burned heretics at the stake because he believed it was the only way to save their souls, and he believed the soul was more important than the body - to the point where he chose to be executed rather than give a simple promise he believed would condemn his soul to hell. To stop evil you need to understand what makes people do evil, and work out a way to persuade them to stop :)
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray We're all responsible for our own actions. I can only do so much to get other people to change...I do all I can. Take a look at this video: watch?v=gXuJIuYcv4U
and tell me how you would persuade these evil "humans" to stop...really, if you have a way that we haven't thought of I need to know it. Do you think those people are just misinformed? You should see some of the perverted sadists who work in factory farms. Animals are not evil...people are, because we are conscious of it.
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 Sadomasochism has been encouraged in pretty much ALL animals throughout Earth's history; it is an evolutionary advantage in a competitive environment to fight and kill competition/food. In predatory animals like us, this instinct is even more enhanced - hunting animals that can fight back is dangerous, but the rewards generally outweigh the risks (meat was a valuable bargaining item for early hominids). As social animals most of us learnt to value cooperation instincts more.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray There was never a "need" for people to indulge in sadism, that's an excuse for them and there is no excuse. There's a big difference between morally conscious humans and largely amoral animals who must eat meat to survive, and they usually behave better than we do. We cannot have peaceful human civilization with predators as our role models, unless we want our society to continue breeding more Ted Bundys and for the horrors that can happen to our vulnerable to keep getting worse.
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 I never said sadomasochism was an evolutionary need, it just happened to be evolutionarily encouraged in our history, and the history of many animals. Look at the way many employers exploit their workers => lack of employee loyalty, the every man for himself mentality, etc. I'm confident most members of the NRA regularly enjoy dreaming about using their guns to kill an intruder, and the prestige that comes from being such a "hero". I agree non-sentient animals are amoral.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 While amoral due to lack of sentience, many animals are still sadomasochistic (the bird killing cat, etc). I agree, as sentient beings with autonomous will, we have the moral duty to mentally evolve beyond the attitudes and traits evolution gave us. I agree we certainly can't have a peaceful human civilization with predators as our role models. However, personally I don't want to see us evolve into a species incapable of self-defence; we need a kung fu attitude to combat :)
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray Animals, not sentient???!!! Of course they are sentient, meaning conscious and able to feel, just not morally knowledgeable and clever in the human way, yet still they manage to behave better much of the time. And animals are NOT sadomasochistic, meaning to enjoy giving and receiving pain...only people are that demented thanks to their fake god. I can't believe you said that stuff. I can't do this anymore, so thanks for my new spiritual understanding, and take care.
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 Sentient =/= conscious. Sentient = conscious + self aware. Most animals will treat a mirror image of themselves as another animal because they have no sense of their body within the universe. Yes they feel pain, etc, and should not be abused but they have lower mental capacities than normal humans. Eventually normal humans will have lower mental capacities than AI, so we need to ensure higher mentals treat lower mentals well least we be treated badly when we become the lower 1s
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray They're highly self aware and aware of each other too. Just 1 example, I have a mirror closet and when my dog is lying on the bed and I raise my hand from behind her so she can see it in the mirror, she knows it is coming down to pet her and reacts. There's no need to discount animals awareness just because they're not human. Humans are the ones extremely lacking in awareness of the greatness of animals. They are not inferior...in fact they are superior to most people.
NO MORE NOW!
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 What about animal mating rituals were males will fight each other, causing great pain to themselves and their opponent? That's the quintessential nature of sadomasochism, and MOST animals do so; such violent rituals are encouraged by the female too. Sure some animals (e.g. peacocks) are not directly sadomasochistic, but such long tails make male peacocks easier pickings for predators; predation is a very unpleasant punishment. The 'demiurge' made suffering integral to reality.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 As sentient beings with autonomous will, it is our choice whether we follow the 'natural' order of encouraged suffering within reality, or whether we evolve beyond these negative aspects. Just as we chose to abolish slavery despite it seeming to be the natural order (and its biblical endorsement), I have high hopes 'humanity' can choose the path of least suffering for all living creatures. Note: your living body causes the death and suffering of billions of your cells every day
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 Reality is currently a biatch, but unless you accept the reality she presents at the moment, you've no chance of changing her. You need to understand how she works so you can work out a better way, and just as importantly, a way to transition from how she currently works to how she should work :) That is the path I choose, and it requires knowing what reality really is like - hence my love of science :)
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 Needless to say, there's no longer a need to have sadomasochistic instincts, but only for the last few decades - it is a tribute to our mental adaptability that some more evolved humans can so quickly correct these instincts. Alas, most people aren't that mentally adaptable, and meat is clearly similar to crack - my mother admits to withdrawal symptoms when she doesn't get her meat 'fix'. All we can do is try to put evolutionary pressure to reform, and provide alternatives :(
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 Personally I look forward to the time when petri-dish grown meat is indistinguishable from 'real' animal meat, and cheaper. At that point there will be NO possible excuse to kill animals for meat; technically there aren't any valid excuses currently (being vegan gives everything you need, and can provide delicious meals);, though we allow smoking, alcohol, etc for the same reasons we allow meat - human stupidity and addiction :( FreedomOfTheSoul seems too detached from reality.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@1221solstice2012 I don't believe in 'free will' as your actions are either derived from rules you follow, or influenced by randomness. However, I do believe in autonomous will, as each of us has goals we wish to accomplish, and we are left to autonomously fulfil those goals. What our overriding goal(s) are (i.e. our meaning of life) is still a subjective question to me; mine is to fully understand reality, hence my love of science. My god is 'born' of this universe, in order to transcend it :)
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray Sorry, I replied from my other account, but it's still me :-)
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 I believe my soul is caused by communication links between different parts of my 'greater self', c.f. a computer network linked via wifi (the whole network is a 'greater computer'). My brain can tap into the knowledge of the collective network, i.e. the 'greater self'/my soul. The component's of the soul may be other people currently alive (c.f. Jung's collective unconscious), other people who are dead (c.f. reincarnation), a sentient being from a parallel universe, etc.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 Alas the real world is filled with evil, as well as good. I for one prefer to try and educate sentient beings out of being evil. Given the choice I wouldn't have killed Osama bin Ladin, despite his self-evident evil; I'd have locked him away till he died of old age. Then again, when immortality becomes available, not granting it could be considered an act of murder, though Osama definitely doesn't deserve immortality. Life is complicated, challenging and generally interesting :)
XenogeneGray 9 months ago

LegendColgo 10 months ago
@LegendColgo People have been duped into being disgustingly cruel to animals and therefore to each other. If there's a hell it's for evil people, that we agree on...but you probably disagree on what constitutes evil. But it is obvious and unquestionable...people's merciless abuse of animals is evil.
quicksilver3x3 10 months ago
If there is an " higher force" I do believe that he/she only pushed the start button.
Life on earth is like a book but human beings are not able to read it properly, therefore most of us act like anthropocentric parasites.
Our societies are a mess and animals are trapped in our crazy process of domination and destruction.
Go Vegan!

quicksilver3x3 1 year ago
@DogWalkingTall so rather than having people change, you'd rather have them all die, even though most are innocent? your either crazy, didn't think before posting this, or just as blood thirsty as the people you criticize. Also, you do realize that said flood could also kill you, don't you?
resevil2396 1 year ago
okay, I though your opinions were interesting, but it was ruined and I was appaled the moment you said to go vegan. We ARE biologically made TO eat meat. Not eating meat isn't natural. Just look at our teeth: some are sharp (made for tearing) and some aren't (made for chewing). That's how scientists know what dinosaurs are vegetarians and which aren't. Here I thought you had an iteresting point of view, but it looks to me like all you did was make a long commercial for veganism.
resevil2396 1 year ago
@resevil2396 I'm vegan 25 years and extremely healthy. No need for a doctor unless I have an accident or something, and I take no drugs. See my profile under MORE NATURALLY VEGAN if you want some info. And last time I checked I was allowed to make a "commercial for veganism" if I want to ;-)
quicksilver3x3 1 year ago
@quicksilver3x3 I understand that you can eat like it and be healthy, I just thought that you had some interesting points at the begining, but ruined it at the end because ot came out of no where, though its a good idea if you want to try to get others attention. I understand the fact that people (as a whole, not individually) are very destructive and need to stop killing the environment and animals, however, I'll be damned if I stop eating meat.
resevil2396 1 year ago
@resevil2396 People’s use/slaughter of animals is WRONG. We are in our own system, not in nature’s which belongs to wild animals. We want a peaceful civilized society but underlying it is sadistic abuse, indifference towards life, violence and killing. No wonder our world is screwed up. Grown men have even sexually abused BABIES to death. We want peaceful civilization? We must walk the walk...GO VEGAN. Factory farms/slaughterhouses are flagrantly unnatural, filthy, abusive, and disease ridden.
quicksilver3x3 1 year ago
@resevil2396 What if it cost a year's salary to eat a piece of stake (e.g. a disease killed 99.999% of all animals except humans), would you turn vegan then, or choose to live frugally to have your 1 stake a decade? Would you turn to cannibalism if it was cheaper/the only source of meat?
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 I am very strongly against any kind of vegetarian diet (for myself at least. I disagree when others do it, but thats there choice) mostly because we are made to eat it (like i said before), but I fail to see why you are so against eating animal products when we are naturally supposed to.
resevil2396 1 year ago
@resevil2396 I could see your not wanting it for yourself, but being strongly against it and disagreeing when others do it...wow, some self analysis is needed there, don't you think? My good health is all I need to know what I'm naturally supposed to be doing. What is even remotely natural about people's meat habit? Especially with 7 billion now swarming the planet, and in a place like this, see a vid called: Cruelty to Baby Calves at Veal Farm in Ohio. To call that natural is lying to yourself.
quicksilver3x3 1 year ago
@resevil2396 Are you against using antibiotics/antivirals to save a life? We're made to die when our immune system fails to kill a lethal pathogen. Small pox is naturally made to kill humans, are we wrong to stop such a natural thing?
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 I can see (and agree with you) why you have an issue with the way animals in slaughter houses (which IMO shouldn't exist-ONLY normal farms should be used so the animals arent there just to die and arent practically tortured), but why stop eating all meat altogether? Other animals eat meat, and they actually brutally tear their prey apart, where as in a normal farm, they are killed as quickly and painlessly as possible (at least thats the way it should be).
resevil2396 1 year ago
@resevil2396 'Normal farms' raised meat cattle just to slaughter them for meat. Would you eat Petri dish grown animal muscle cells? If so would you be prepared to give up slaughtered animal meat? What would be required for you to do that? Surely no detectable difference in a blind test would suffice.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@resevil2396 We, as we like to keep telling ourselves and each other are supposedly more civilised than the animal kingdom so that is reason enough for us to stop eating them. Actually there is an article in the Oxford Journal which finally admits that "meat eaters stink" I will put the link in another comment box.
munchkin365 9 months ago
@quicksilver3x3 Also, do you actually beleive all the stuff in your video that was before the vigan stuff at the end (not criticizing, just curious), or was it just to get peoples attention)?
Sorry about the multiple posts. I had a lot to say and the word limit just wasn't long enough.
resevil2396 1 year ago
@resevil2396 Yes, I'm inclined to believe what I said there, and anywhere else, am always exploring possibilities. About your other comment, animals in nature are FREE and have a system they obey to keep the natural balance. It's cruel but also beautiful because they are free and living LIFE until the end. They have it rough enough already. We should be making things better here, not far worse as we've done. Thanks for your questions and for not getting bitchy, lol.
quicksilver3x3 1 year ago
@quicksilver3x3 no problem. Always glad to have a discussion, even if I dont agree with you. I've never heard of a baby being sexually abused to death, and I don't understand why you seem to think it's so common. And about my being against veganism: I disagree with it. Thats all I ment. If others want to, then thats fine (my mom actually wants to), but its defiantly not for me. Also, we ARE animals. There is significant proof that we evolved from monkeys (why else would we have a tail bone).
resevil2396 1 year ago
@resevil2396 It doesn't need to be common to be a symptom of a VERY sick society. Baby rape and killing has happened far more than once, and once would have been unbearably too much. And our having tail bones has nothing to do with our diet, otherwise you'd enjoy eating live bugs, feces and dirt and such, like non-human primates do to get their B12. ...And your mom sounds great...please direct her to my channels (other is 1221solstice2012). Don't dread vegans; do fear the slaughter excusers.

In the truth I believe that slaughterhouses are actually temples of devil worship as was King Solomon's Temple - must have been a blood bath.

so what you're saying is that the world would be better off without humans? Then why even bother making an argument for God or Lucifer since both are simply illusions grasped at by the toxic feeble human mind? You're video only confused an already oversimplified issue. Why not take responsibility for your own actions and insights and stop looking for someone or something to blame. Stand in the light and all will be revealed to you.

@quicksilver3x3 the concept of god is just how people should live. But almost all people can be placed as the offspring of lucifer. We are the only currently living animal who enjoys killing/ destroying things. I'm a human but i sure ain't proud to be a part of the human race.
animeworldnr1 1 year ago
@animeworldnr1 You seem to be assuming God is good and Lucifer is evil. Even as a spiritual agnostic, I see it the other way around, and that people are the product of their "God," and vice versa, and are using Lucifer or Satan as a scapegoat for their own evil. But I totally agree with you about the rest.
quicksilver3x3 1 year ago
@animeworldnr1 I disagree with you here. Most people do not enjoy killing in any way, and I fail to see where you are getting these ideas from. Also, about religion and god, Im not very religious (or at all actually), but I always saw it as a way to teach people how to act (keep in mind that I haven't read the bible and I'm mostly just talking about the ten commandments).
resevil2396 1 year ago
@resevil2396 Why do first person shooter games sell so well then? What about the popularity of violent films, e.g. the saw series? We ARE a naturally violent species. Most of us just happen to be smart enough to know violence is not always the best action IRL and can control such violent urges. Some of us choose to abhor violence, others to adore violence, but most are some where in between.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@animeworldnr1 Nonsense. Some chimpanzees have been shown to enjoy killing. Great cat cubs 'play' with their food which is tantamount to torture to the prey. Most sociable carnivores probably have members who enjoy killing things as it would be an evolutionary advantage; animals evolve to enjoy doing what gives them an evolutionary advantage - that is why sex is enjoyable. Humans are just as messed up as any other of 'god's' creations; it's just some of us realise we're messed up :)
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray But we have a moral consciousness that animals do not and people do FAR worse things to animals, even to those who normally trust us, like the live skinning of dogs and cats in China for meat & fur, after the torture of being in those cages and seeing others killed in agony. No, humans are far worse and more screwed up than any other animal, and we should know better and BE better. It's the slaughter habit that has kept people back. Peaceful civilization and slaughter do not mix.
1221solstice2012 9 months ago

Never seen a lion killing all gazzels he sees for fun.
animeworldnr1 9 months ago

XenogeneGray 9 months ago

@munchkin365 ????? crazy!!! talk!!!
marshman1405 1 year ago
@marshman1405 Really - please explain!
munchkin365 1 year ago
@munchkin365 Except we are hopefully smart enough to realise the consequences of our actions and change them before it's too late. Humanity doesn't have to be self-absorbed, we could eventually become a force for great good; if we collectively choose to become so.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@XenogeneGray Humanity smart enough - I don't think so. Humanity doesn't have to be crass and stupid but we are and we so divided that the chance of us coming together to do anything worthwhile is nil although paradoxically we are very good at coming together at destroying the natural world and inflicting appalling pain and suffering on the animal kingdom. I'm sorry but I do not share your faith in humanity - we are nothing but trash.
munchkin365 9 months ago
@munchkin365 Why do you bother staying alive then? You are part of humanity. We can wield influence on eachother, but "you'll catch more flies with honey than with vinegar". If you want to make the world a better place try to do so. "Evil wins when good men do nothing". It is by realising we can collectively make a difference that we can come together to make that difference a reality. G2G.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago
@munchkin365 I agree, as a whole humanity really is trash, with a few good intelligent people interspersed throughout, like a few bits of healthy tissue surrounded and overwhelmed by virulent malignant tumors. There's no coming together and singing Kumbaya with these people and fixing what's wrong with our species...I only wish there was. 7 billion of them plodding around making life hell for animals & good people. I keep trying to reach people because occasionally some wake up.
1221solstice2012 9 months ago
@munchkin365 If we see imminent danger, its amazing how much we can pull together. The problem is most modern danger signals are to subtle for most people to register, ergo they continue to be self-absorbed and self-interested. Most suffering caused by humanity is done by a few sociopaths (company CEOs) who try to hide the effects of their actions from the end consumer so they won't negatively react.
XenogeneGray 9 months ago

I agree (and abide as a veggie).
seasonedsevencolors 1 year ago
@seasonedsevencolors Thanks. Treatment of animals is the most important issue facing humanity...they can deny it all they want. The psychopathy and underlying shame required to treat animals the way people do is undoubtedly behind all that's wrong with our world. Lol, I'm into anti-humanism, except for the small % of kind and wonderful people incapable of supporting or participating in deliberate animal cruelty. May that number increase, and the other people go away to face their judgement.

@ temi...: You hate-spewing, downrating religious know-it-alls do not have the answers. Going by your behavior, your source is demented and wicked and is losing its power. Good will win in the end.
