  • Have you tried jaked 3d same sortof thing as superpump but it has 0 calories and you dont feel sick after having it. I got chubby taking no xplode and superpump mainly cause id just started working out and was a bit lazy about it but as soon as i started jaked 3d and actually doing a good work out i droped like 3 stone in about 2 months

  • what a set up! good advice too. i like to throw in an arm only day when recovering from squats, benches etc. training at home is great.

  • @bowenblanket its the best no excuses, arms day friday, everything else is recovering

  • @bad2ass2boy I think the answer about joint extension is partly right, on leg presses then definately not due to the weight, but on triceps biceps etc then its perfectly fine as you want full muscle contraction and the weight wont really cause you any problems.

  • lol why do u say home workout wen uve got gym equipment most people dont?? like myself ionly have tonnes of dumbells with weights and i want to know wat workouts i can do at home with dumbells

  • @ccalll1 the weight allows me to talk and to show form, \i can add weight but would struggle to talk lol you try it

  • @Allmaxuk Hi Paul, Good video. I have elbow pain in one elbow every time I go triceps. It's stopping me pushing harder. Do you have any advice?

  • @stormin300 try reverse grip bench as will work you in a slightly different way, also try Glucosamine, ice , heat packs etc, also if it doesnt hurt doing partials do them for a while allowing it to heal

  • hey, thanks for the great vid ! But i have a quick question. Near the end of the video i noticed you said you take the protein before you worked out, now i always took mine after. Is it just a personal preference or is there a reason, if you could let me know that would be great . Thanks !

  • Hey, first i want to thank you for all your videos... they are great. you mentioned that you would throw in a all arms day if you workout 5 times a week... i was wondering (on average) how many times should i work out a week(i am 18, and weight about 155lb)? is there a think like too much working out?

  • @brottha thanks for that, my videos are all about ideas, as training is 50% training and 50% diet, if you do not focus on your diet then you will not achieve your goals.
