@Motorista55B Ahh okeedokee ^_^ thats from the PILOT EPISODE entitled "One Armed Bandits", it was the first episode of the first season, In the scene Bo, Luke, Cooter, Do bro dulu? (dunno how to spell it) and Brody. Anyway there in that group and cook up a sceme to get Rosco, then after they race each other through the junkyard and then on the main highway.

@billcary30 It is, they started using miniatures in late season six and throughout season seven.  I remember Tom Wopat directed an episode in season seven and had the miniatures replaced by a real car jumping because he hated the miniatures so much.
