  • not bad

  • Haha, this ,has impressed me!! You speak with a scottish accent , but I can't put my finger on where in scotland you would be from. Instead of saying "heard" as "hurd", you should say it as "he-rd"

  • i can tell your no scottish straight away

  • Its very good. I can hear things that seem to be a bit exaggerated and there are a lot of pauses. I think it would help if you relaxed when you try and just let it flow.

I would say 7/10, very good but needs more work.

  • im scottish, your actually quite good haha, still got to work on it a wee bit though x

  • Your way to say the "R" is gorgeous... When you say "That was gReat" my heart beat faster...

  • haha, that wasn't good. but bless you for trying! x

  • hey ur accent is kindee awrite hen! very gid for a canadian, av got cousins from canada and they canni speak wi a scotish accent tae save themsells

  • you still sound a bit like a scottish chookter - aye the noo n aw that . change or to urr ...quality wee attempt darlin lol

  • OR is'nt quite there yet but it's mixed up. A couple of areas in there. try Edinburgh. It's softer. I'm for Paisley and.... Actually I think my accent is pretty mild until I've had a drink or twelve. Still very good for an American.

  • You are quite cute as well.

  • one of the best one's i've heard on youtube,10 out of 10 but you need to try and stick 2 one kind of scottish accent, sometimes you get the west of scotland accent, then the east with a twist of the north of scotland as well,as i say 10 out of 10 it's still the best yet.

  • improvement - You said that like an edinburrian. I think the reason a lot of foreigners pick up the way they talk is because it's the first destination foreigners think of and visit when they go to Scotland.

    You're not bad!

  • @musicalsgal2007 thank you!!! I like your accent~ (if you don't mind me asking) where abouts are you from?

  • i am from bang in the middle of scotland

    ..

dont listen to rory he is from the part that knowone likes

i am from glasgow the place everyone likes

  • pretty good... try learn the Glaswegian accent, the one you are kinda speaking just now is plain boring Scottish.

    Learn Glaswegian ;)

  • It's kinda wierd. Sort of of a mix between a teuchter accent and a borders accent.

  • @Calummcntsh6 yeah, also sounded kinda canadian

  • You know, you sound pretty good!

The only advice i can pass is on is to keep it up!

  • well i think u r talking a wee slow

  • I'm an American UK-phile (lover of UK), and personally I feel that you sound great...I feel that my Irish brogue is more consistent than my Scottish accent (which tends to be more consistent if I'm doing a thicker dialect), but thanks for inspiring me...keep up the good work, lassie!

  • you sound like you have a cross between a highlander acent and a central pretty good but :D

  • Where are you actually from?

  • Canada.

  • @doveliness22 change your r's as in are to ur and your too's or to's to taes and yer cooking doll if ye can understand that lol. in fact say this the way its spelled. am joost gonnae take the waens doon tae the shoaps, translated i am goin to take the children to the shops. apply the same sort of spelling to everything you say and your on the way tae a brilliaint glesga accent lol peace out

  • this is pretty good actually, sounds a like an edinburgh accent which is probs better than the glaswegian accent but im glaswegian so i'm bias in saying that, that accent sounds more scottish to me *because i hear it everyday* lol good work none the less
