I did a little digging and it seems that SPRINTING was taken out of the console versions due to control issues :(

k I got this game a while ago and I have a question. When I get unlockables they all disappear when I enter another server. Is there a way to keep the unlockables?

You can't, it's setup that way to balance the gameplay... imagine u join a server that just started a new campaign and almost everyone has everything maxed out from previous play. Not too fun for new players.

by completing the achievements ( click on achievements after you login to your profile to see what they are and what you need to do .

u should get the option to downlaod Punk buster when u first download this game from CD

when you install the game it asks you to install punkbuster, you have to press yes or accept. You can also google the word PBSETUP to download it and install manually.

what graphics car do you use and how many fps do you get ?

I have an intel dual core @ 2.4 (haven't overclocked) Nvidia 8800 gtx and 4 gigs of corsair xtreme memory (windows can only use 3gigs of it though :P)

I can play with high settings at 60+ fps but I usually play with all settings low anyway for the extra visibility to see enemies better inside buildings and at a distance.
