Too much "Here's how cool we are 'cause we sell this" not enough "Here's how to use it". Nobody cares about you. The internet and blogging are for me. That' what I'm interested in as a customer. Me.That's why I'm looking for something to help ME blog. I could not possibly care any less about you. Everyone else feels that way too. If I had known how hard it would be to get any help at all, I would've gotten something else. Bad marketing, fellas. Really bad customer service. Boo.
They hire people to do these things... and launch new products in a similar manner to apple.. I really dont think one launch video a year or more is taking up too much of their time haha
These guys are waay too into themselves. Yeah they have a good product but go over the top letting people know instead of actually giving helpful info.
The music. The camera angles and lighting. Such drama, boys. It distracts from anything that could be considered useful.
