Yo, I just applied too, I think you're not allowed to add music or to show other people... That's probably why you haven't been accepted, it's the only reason you wouldn't be! You are great, and you seem to REALLY want it, so I'd hate to see you not get considered because of those rules.
@NintendoWarrior1 Hey! Thanks for the compliments. The way you applied was the new way they do it now, where you have to make a short video of just you with no music or anything like that. This video was made back when they used to take applications the real way, and you could send in a 3 minute video with whatever you wanted. But I don't think they even do it that way anymore.

I have the intention of auditioning for survivor when i turn 18 which will be next year. I think that would be like... season 22 or 23. lol if they go that far

Very likable character. Amazed at the homemade obstacle course....but I'm sure 80% of the people who apply use Survivor music or spoofs so it doesn't stand out. Good luck to you and keep trying. I made the semi-finals for a previous Survivor and it was just me talking into a camera for about 5 minutes (yes 5 minutes not 3)

But I mixed it all together and knew I could back it up with everything else in the video more than anyone else out there, so thats why I used it. And it was meant to be creative and look like a full season & audition at the same time. And don't you worry, it stands out just fine.

The one I sent in was not over 3 minutes. On youtube, it's a little longer cuz I put some stuff at the end. And if your video is good enough, they'll watch 10 minutes, or however much they want.
To be perfectly honest...this is prolly the single best survivor audition video I have ever seen...seriously. Unless you put something really bad on your application there is now way you won't get called. Post on here when you do cuz I have always been curious how soon they do. Make sure you show actual footage of you, but also create some NEW claymation (maybe as an intro) that fits with what you're trying to present to them.

I love this video. It's very cool and the obstacle course is amazing and looks like a lot of time was put into this video. I think your only downfall is, the music makes it distracting to hear what you are saying a lot of the time... and with all that is going on with your video it's hard to pay attention to what is being said about who you are.
Your video is also 3 minutes and 10 seconds when the rules said that anything over three minutes wouldn't be considered. However, I'm rooting for you!

I thought I had a good mix of audio and music, but I can get what you're saying about it still being somewhat distracting, there is a lot going on. Thanks, it was a lot of work, but but I had a lot of help along the way too. Ya, my daughter loves goin out there to see it, she calls it the tree house. Her favorite is when we help her jump across the "mushroom steps".
