The documents are hidden from the authorities the FBI spent lot of money to brainwash the people by publishing falsehoods books etc as is evidenced by the false evidence which they blame Leonard Peltier FBI has not agreed to do a second autopsy on the body of Anne Mae, which was also cut off the hands corruption and one of the arms of the FBI they not pay for their crimes. They are protected by associations secret, lobbies, which have always been active in the U.S.gov against Native People
I think some people need more evidence here to show how Leonard Peltier is innocent. I am not here to argue because I have my evidence. I am a strong supporter of Leonard Peltier and have researched this deeper then those who say he's the killer. I am in contact with LP's Lawyer also. The man killed to police officers in cold blood. Every other domestic terrorist ran that day after a brief fire fight. In fact others were cleared of this crime as self defense. I would agree with freeing Peltier if he would just admit his guilt and ask for forgiveness. Instead, he continues to lie about what happened and steal people's money in the name of his sham defense fund. He uses people and claims that somehow he's the victim when all along he is responsible for the death of Dallas Thundershield (escape attempt) and Joe Stuntz (the shooting aftermath at Oglala). How's about instead of freeing Peltier we double or triple the size of every Indian Reservatiion in America? I read how he might be guilty, or he might not be guilty, but I would think that part of the reasons for any actions he might have taken were the result of a long history of U.S. government oppression of Native Americans. Leonard Peltier is no more a political prisoner than Charles Manson. Every judge who's reviewed the case agrees that he's guilty, dishonest, and unrepentant. He even bragged about it. Leonard Peltier is no warrior. He's a coward and a guilty killer. Yes, let us not forget what really happened. Read American Indian Mafia and look at youtube, In the Spirit of Coler and Williams. Then ask yourself this question. Would an innocent man need to change his story as often as Peltier has changed his? He's fooled a lot of people but he really is guilty. According to court testimony in the Arlo Looking Cloud case, he bragged about shooting Ron Williams in the face at point-blank range.

Sorry for mine late reaction. You are right, injustice is done because people considered themselves superior. To the Native Americans and Aboriginals considered as savages and heathens because they weren't christians. There are many good, true hearted christians and people of other religions but many suffering is done because of religion and greed. It's time we listen to the wisdom of the natives because they lived in more harmony with their environment than many other people.

He was framed, right, he has changed his story several times about where he was that day, and it was his weapon used to murder the FBI agents. Others defended themselves that day and were acquitted, but Peltier went up and shot the agents in the head and that is not in doubt. Find another hero.

He's changed his story, tried to explain how his gun wasn't his, and down play why he ran afterwards. Maybe because he knew he was guilty, but who wants to be in prison when you can be a symbol, a hero to idiots like you. I would agree with freeing Peltier if he would just admit his guilt and ask for forgiveness. Instead, he continues to lie about what happened and steal people's money in the name of his sham defense fund. He uses people and claims that somehow he's the victim when all along he is responsible for the death of Dallas Thundershield (escape attempt) and Joe Stuntz (the shooting aftermath at Oglala). And you can't excuse his abuse of fellow AIM member Anna Mae Aquash. He's right where he should be.

How's about instead of freeing Peltier we double or triple the size of every Indian Reservatiion in America? I read how he might be guilty, or he might not be guilty, but I would think that part of the reasons for any actions he might have taken were the result of a long history of U.S. government oppression of Native Americans. It's the least we could do, and maybe Peltier would agree to remain in prison if we gave back that much land, which is rightfully theirs anyway.

Yes, the land rightfully belongs to the Natives so how can you give something that actually already belongs to them?
But indeed they should get more land and share in the profit the American and Canadian get from their land's resources instead of belonging to the group with the highest number of poverty and lack of jobs.

Documents show that although the prosecution and government pointed the finger at Peltier for shooting FBI agents at close range during the trial in 1976, for three years the prosecution withheld critical ballistic test results proving that the fatal bullets could not have come from the gun tied to Leonard Peltier. Leonard Peltier is no more a political prisoner than Charles Manson. Every judge who's reviewed the case agrees that he's guilty, dishonest, and unrepentant. He even bragged about it. How many people has he bilked out of their money in the name of his phony defense? The Mr X ghost? Busted by Dino Butler. Waking up to the smell of pancakes? Refuted by witnesses under oath. You are right. He's a Hupa Native fishing for salmon. The Hupa belong to the Athapascan tribe formerly occupying the valley of Trinity river, California from south fork to its junction with the Klamath, including Hupa valley. They are at present self-supporting, depending on agriculture and stock raising.

Leonard Peltier is no warrior. He's a coward and a guilty killer. Yes, let us not forget what really happened. Read American Indian Mafia and look at youtube, In the Spirit of Coler and Williams. Then ask yourself this question. Would an innocent man need to change his story as often as Peltier has changed his? He's fooled a lot of people but he really is guilty. According to court testimony in the Arlo Looking Cloud case, he bragged about shooting Ron Williams in the face at point-blank range.

To the Native Americans and Aboriginals considered as savages and heathens because they weren't christians. There are many good, true hearted christians and people of other religions but many suffering is done because of religion and greed. It's time we listen to the wisdom of the natives because they lived in more harmony with their environment than many other people.

Unfortenately it's normal with most people that events fade away and other events draw their attention. Take the Tibetan issue. As time goes by the memory fades.
