As a musician myself, I'm just curious to know what chords are being played on the piano; I've figured out the guitar portion, however, I'm rather new to the piano and therefore am having difficulty; you think you could help? That's really all there is to it (aside from the guitar embellishments in the intro as well as in between the chorus which revolve around a C shape).

It's just the feeling of needing to be loved, which usually stems from parental absence or negligence, and is almost always sought for by someone deemed "perfect," but a perfect human doesn't even come close to existing, anywhere or ever, as your lyrics already admit to at the start, and which is also proven...
...by the fact that you'll just find a new girl to do this with again once you get over her, if you haven't already. :)
Only solutions if you want one? Help from a therapist, or possibly get lucky enough to find a girl to fill the hole who doesn't have the same or a similar problem, which would only cause more problems, especially if you have kid(s) and repeat the process. So in short, it's probably better if you just make songs about it for now, or....you know...you could just get Maaco...

Wow, I listened to it again. Love your voice. Really. Its good enough to make me want to listen to it again =) Its so touching. Haha, I know how it feels to see someone totally awesome in the virtual world and know that the two of you could be such good friends in real life... however, there is almost no way of possibly getting their attention. What I am speaking of isnt just in the case of romantic interest... sometimes you just think that person is absolutly awesome. I get it.

This is such a beautiful song! It is so real, and there is so much raw emotion in it. I started crying, because I'm at a point right now where I can really connect to this song - and also because I love Rupert Grint! lol
