@breathespite That's a little harsh. Style is just opinion, obviously, but I certainly wouldn't call this customisation shit. WoW, the most popular MMO ever, has terrible customisation. There are some games with "ok" character generation, like Rift. Not a huge amount, but some nice touches. Then there's APB, Champions Online and City Of Heroes/Villains, where your look is as important as your powers. C9 seems to be not as customisable as CO or CoH/V, but it's pretty good for a fantasy MMO.
@TortillaGaming Haven't played it myself, so I couldn't use it as an example, but it's a very pretty game, for sure, so I'm glad it's customisable as well. Pity it hasn't been as popular as they would have hoped it to be in "The West". The same thing will probably be said about C9 when it hits the Western market as well.

The girl did a combo then just stood there while the enemy did it's combo then when the enemy was finish with it's combo then she was able to do hers!! I was hoping for the combat to be like Continent of the Ninth and Mabinogi Heroes but it wasn't....the girls are HOT tho!!

Some people prefer that, targets that can't escape no matter what, target that you can really claim are "lucky" when they survived because they rolled dice against their dodge chance and came up with a "DODGED!". What ShuyuKoukin was referring to was when you swing a sword you have a true range, you shoot an arrow it has true physic path and those take aim and timing to actually score a hit. If I hit someone with a fireball, he will know he got hit with aiming skills and not because lost at dice
@NaYh this kind of game is like rain to a dry MMO desert. The pathetic dice rolling system has outgrown its welcome. You select a character, you hit the attack button and wait until he falls. You select a character you hit a spell button and wait for the bar to finish and repeat until he falls. No matter what the character do he has no escape. Sure WoW tried some tweaking so line of sight can break spells, but dont tell me you've never seen a fire ball going straight through a tree & hit someone

I don't get how Blizzard has like 100x more money than this company has and yet World of Warcraft's graphics are HORRIBLE. This game's graphics rapes World of Warcraft's graphics relentlessly in the ass. Blizzard probably spends all its money on advertising and hoarding it all away - that's so messed up. Blizzard is so fucking corrupt - its mind-blowing that a company this poor and this small can make a game - that has graphics that are so many times better than WoW's.

WoW ? come on... i played that shit like 2-3 hours, then uninstalled and deleted. WoW is a piece of crap, even Runes of Magic is more intresting.
C9 totally pwnz, too bad it won't be avaiable in Europe ;/, oh btw to WoW nerds..if you think this game is "another copy of WoW" then go check its gameplay. It's hack and slash without boring clicktomove system. Oh and besides... WoW is also a copy of older MMO's made before :] so... go die ;)

@Alkanvaar, look it seems like you hate wow alot..... its funny that you would say this game pwns and all but take a good look at aion, age of Conan, lineage 2, silk road, ultima, and etc... There were tons of people who have commented that these games will be better than wow and get more population but so far wow still has the highest amount of paid subscriptions as of 2010.

I played all of these games except Silkroad. My opinion is : WoW = crap, I'm real gamer who needs real games not just boring clickers. So far there is no any good MMO except Vindictus where I can have real fun. You americans (nerds) consider WoW as real life, that's why you're so angry when someone says Wow sux. I'm sorry for tellin the truth ;/. Don't be angry, just face the facts. Main games of Blizzad are Diablo and StarCraft.

For you this kind of games are awesome because the hardest thing you do is smash three bottons. I rather play something that makes you use more than half neuron.
I played one smash keys once and the animations where the more interesting of the entire game, and let me tell you... Im not looking that when I play. Fun? No, just smash smash a combination easy to learn. Mortal kombat's harder than this.

@NaYh dood, you misunderstood. the fun part about these games is because of the fast pace. And no..dont even think that your WoW is fast paced... the thought of that is just hilarious. you have to think on the spot and your life depend on how you dodge, every second counts. MK is a good example.
WoW is what? all you have do is learn a dodge skill that give...+80% dodge rate and you're good to go? Surely you misunderstood the meaning of "difficult". Go play your lvl 50 rainbow elf. lol

Please, your game is only abour memorizing some combo keys, any mmorpg, any of them, requires to know what each skill does and when to use them, and the better thing is that you can actually customize your gamestyle.

Yeah, at the time you 'think' in wow, the poison of this rogue is draining your health and he's hitting you with all he can, getting combo points to stun you for a few seconds in wich he's going to kill you, so pretty much you need to think fast AND choose well before all that happens =D So what will I use first to get him away from me (if caster) or damage him more than he damages me?

@NaYh "your smash thing".... wait so let me get this straight, you dont really care about what the character is doing, all you do is select a target and mash a sequence of button and wait for the series of skill or spell to go off on some happless victim. Meanwhile this other system have you considering everything from cover to flanks and you call this "your smash thing"?
Go roll a dice, its more active than WoW's combat system and all the other mmos' that are trying to emulate them.
