The actress Tamela Jones would be ideal playing Tammie Terrell. She has similiar facial features. By the way, this song is so Tammi, it is very much the way I think she expressed herself.
Ms. Tammie I just want to say that I'm so sorry of the things that happen to you in your life. I didn't know that David,James, and the other guys were so bad to. you. know that explained the reason their death was so bad. and that they suffer the way they did. they said that " PAY BACK IS A B***h " I only hope that GOD took you in his loving arms :) RIP
tammi terrell was gorgeous. a pity about her short life. why is it that women allow themselves to be in abusive relationships? Love yourself better, all women out there. Never allow a man to abuse u in any way - verbally and physically.
@kokede It is so true. What a tremendous loss. My heart just aches at the loss and circumstance. She was just tooo young, beautiful, talented. Just a human being deserving of being treated as such. SAD!
Tammi Terrell is such an under rated singer. The vibrancy and soul of her singing is second to none. So sad that she died so young at the very height of her success.
Heard Dennis Edwards say in an interview that Tammi's version was recorded first and that this was actually the very first song he recorded with the Temps! He did a fantastic job. Tammi's greatness seems beyond comprehension!
THE correct title is as far as i have it is "I Gotta find a way " (to get your love back) it is the same as the Temptations Track of that name.. It is also the same backing track as He Who Picks a Rose By Jimmy Ruffin but i am unsure as to the title put out on the Tammi CD... Brent
This track is just so raw sounding....It's fan-bloody-tastic....God I loved her sound.

@memmory1000 or Tarija P. Henson also. I think they could both play her interchangable.
