  • sometimes all have a day where i get insane cravings for sugar or something salty and it doesn't stop when i indulge in it and i end up wanting more and i get hungry shortly after a meal if i took a bunch of vitamin supplements would these cravings stop ?? there very annoying

  • I generally don't get enough veggies. I like to go to the bread and cheese and sugars...though I FEEL a lot better when I eat a big salad. And it tastes good too. I just have to do it.

    I out sweet potatoes in my smoothies. That's a good way to thicken/ sweeten it up without putting more sweet stuff in....:)

    Hey Aurora! Yes, a salad is a great way to go, they are totally worth the preparation... always make me feel good, and I make a mean salad. lol

    how do you add the sweet potatoes to your smoothies, i'm curious. Do you just chop them up and toss them in? Let me know I want to try this.

  • I usually bake more than one of them in the oven and then use the ones I don't eat for smoothies within the week. I even throw them in with the skin if I want a bit of texture.
