yorysesca he won the lomardi trophy in 98 so yes he was the best defensive player in the nation. He wasnt just good enough he was the best in the america.
im veitnamese and my name is dat huy nguyen yo proove it i will type im wietnamese. decow lie cuap ca diengtoy cu yeda. it means why do you steal peoples cloths
ur freakin stupid dhg4983!!! yall need to cut sherman some slack here guys. look...its our first year with the new coach...we dont have and experience on either side of the ball, so we were bound to have a bad season. secondly...even Dat said that this was a good hire, and that mike sherman will turn it all aound. trust me...mike sherman knows what hes doin! just give him some time, and soon enough we will be a top 10 team. nuff sed.
So food and constant practice are the key for Eastern Asian athletics to be successful in sports that requires power, agility, and endurance such as Football, boxing, UFC, Basketball, baseball, etc...
I really congradulate Dat to make NFL. I am proud of you although you are retired now.
Yet, he woke up at 5 a.m. and stayed until 10 at night. Result: he beat Zudah, Chavez, and etc...
Another is food. Asian food: mainly rice and side dish mostly( 60-70% made of vegetables)are not match for high calorie of American food such as KFC, cheeseburger, pizza(mulpible toppings), etc.. More calories more energy you get from when you are at young age.
Dat Nguyen gained his unusual size (unusual for a Vietnamese - he was about 5-11 and 220 while at A&M) because he spent a lot of time at his best friend's house as a kid, who happened to be white, and his friend's mother would feed them chicken casserole. Dat's siblings and parents are fairly typically-sized Vietnamese, so it's not as though he had tall genes in his family. So basically, diet is probably very important. If all you eat is rice and fish, you ain't gonna play football.
lol actually thats not totally true even though i got my hieght from my great great grandpa i still only eat asian food im the tallest in my family at 15 years old 187 lbs 5'10" plays DE so he probably has to do more with genes then diet dat problably inherieted genes from probably 5 generations
yenzhou, well maybe. Not sure if one of Dat Nguyen's great grandparents was unusually large, but his parents were small. His dad was only about 5'4", and his mom was under 5 feet. His brothers and sisters were similar in size to their parents. Dat was definitely an exception.
Whatever dude. Dat himself suggests the same in his own autobiography. If you look at his family photos, he's standing head and shoulders above his parents and his own siblings.
I think Asian men are small in size, weak in power, and lacks in speed. Only thing I strongly Asian men can have is will and hell of mentallity to practice. Overpractice would exhaust your will often, but physically we are unfit. So only choice is to practice hard once goal is set. Look at Kosta Tyzu, his arm lengh and shoulders weren't long or broad enough to fit to be a good boxer.
I'd like to see more Asian players in football. It helps to break that retatrded stereotype that they're nerds. My team has two Asian kids. one is a TE & DE?LB and the other is RB/LB
Hey guys, I am an asian football hopeful, i am 6 foot 3 280 pounds and play for a powerhouse school in Ohio with an OSU commit next to me.... wish me luck..
