on this footage, we have a non-violent protester, not carrying a weapon or enough clothes to conceal one (:D), not wearing shoes, walking away from the police, then refusing to have his arms held by the police, refusing to be kneeled on the ground (to be handcuffed), then getting tased once.

imo it's not that dramatic, they didn't tazed nor beat him after he was handcuffed (very frequent, not only in the US of course), but they should have tried to restrain him before pulling the taser

First, this guy is an ass for being rude to the cops in the beginning. However, before making an arrest or detaining any citizen, police most announce them selves and announce their intentions so that a citizen can comply with any orders. These thugs gave no notice of intention or orders. Any charges will be dropped and is just another example of police thinking they are above the law instead of enforcing the laws.
