If i'm consistently passing these slow motherfuckers on their $3000 carbon bikes and i'm on a STEEL track bike, you need to train more and take off the Discovery jersey . It's not about the clothing and the bike, it's about the motor.

Look at any triathlete that also has a day job: most of them wake up around 4am or before to get a ride, swim run and/or workout in before they even go to work. They do it everyday. I have tons of local riders out at 5am doing 50-80 mile rides and hitting killer hills to train for races and events. They don't fly at 30 mph to get to work or the grocery store. They probably race.
