@Saminatorger Actually I just bought this game today because I got the new PS3 slim, and decided to buy this game too and I was dissapointed at the graphics. I used an HDMI cable and my big HD tv, and these graphics still sucked. At some points in the game they were good, otherwise the enemies were poorly rendered and the shadows were just crap, and in a few rooms early in the game, you can see the lines in the corner of the room. My other xbox 360 games had better graphics than this crap on PS3

Area 51 from the ps2 and blacksite area 51, arent really related. You blow up area 51 in the ps2 one and you blow up area 51 at the end of this one. This isn't a sequel at all, it's just made by the same damn company. Yeh you see them drive away with barrels of virus at the end of the ps2 one but it's totally different. check wikipedia and search google, but you will find that this isn't a sequel and that the two are mostly unrelated to each other.

@NEDKILProductions They're both pretty mediocre shooters. depends what you like, the ps2 area 51 your on you own for most of it and u can turn into a mutant and stuff where as blacksite you are often with other people that generally do jack shit even at high morale.

At one point it's you,sommers,and Noa wells,and you go into a bunker.When you reach the bottom area,there's a floating platform with blue crystals on it

Noa tells sommers to stay away from it,then he touchs it.Your character is knocked unconscious for a few seconds apparently,and noa drags you,then aliens attack sommers while she closes the doors

Even though they were in the same area? That doesn't make sense to me.

this is not the sequal because area 51 first part the main character is ethan cole fighting his way inside the core of the earth this one is like call of duty its a war and aliens only in the last parts of the game.first part has aliens the whole time and is actually in area 51 in nevada where there were actual aliens iraq does not have an area 51.
