Jay is different from all the other asian singer his song is really really unique like the tunes and stuff, no to mention he writes his own songs. he's a REAL artist

and his songs are not chinese ish at all well not the tune anyway, it's kinda really american for example, Wandering Poet :D

Jay is just different from hundreds even thousands of chinese singers/artists out there.

he composed his own music, and not to mention he composed some really brilliant music as well (in terms of pop & R&B music) , out-of-the-box kind of songs, also lyrics.

that's why i respect him a lot (i'm a guy, indonesian, btw).
