Wow he actually has a really sweet voice. <3 I do think the band is a little bit weak by comparison, but that doesn't mean he should leave. My boyfriend is a drummer and he explained that making music with other people is like having sex LoL It's about chemistry, so maybe one of the reasons Josh is great is because of the chemistry he has with the other band members.

I think they should stick together and keep growing :)
