Working Out in the Snow

Al, you're surely an inspiration! I don't even get snow where I live in Brazil, and even though I make myself some excuses sometimes... Well, it does become VERY hot in some summer days to workout outdoors, under the sun... But it's always a matter of adapting to the situation we have and finding a way do DO THE WORKOUT! @sullyjr20 Mostly bodyweight. Used to do weights more, switched over a few years ago. Still do a gym day once in a while.

@myauramusic yep - no need to jump with 2 feet of snow on the ground! You may have noticed I also had to keep my knees bent so my feet wouldn't hit the snow at the bottom of the pull-ups and m-ups!

LOL @ those benches being level with the snow! I can't imagine how cold those metal bars were though, your hands must of been freezing!
