this laptop has the worst reliability

i have suffered a battery problem where it just doesnt charge properly and eventually doesnt charge TWICE!

and the internet reliability is horrible

@Sam92Wardy Yes they delivered on time. It took about 5 days to come to my house. I would certainly reccomend buyin from plsy.com as they are reliable and have extremely low prices!
