I've only ever seen the portrait of Marie Antoinette before, so this is definitely a learning experience. However, I felt that the backgrounds tended to detract the focus from the central artwork - maybe because it was initially hard for me to see the borders of the artwork itself. But, still, it's very intricate and well-done.

The repeating flow of each portrait sliding away from the center draws you even closer to the original content. Flowing quietly, the patterns seem to morph yet remain constant and draw you in.
