I've used the Express before and didn't care for it. I know use the Sika P2G+ (primer less to glass). This is the only Sika product that is HV with a 1 hour SDAT. w/o pass air bag and 3 hours w/pass airbag and non conductive.
The only Essex that I haven't used is Beta Seal ONE BP. Non-cond. and High Mod. It's a little pricey.
Is this a joke !! Like the other guy said u supposed to put the glue on the glass !! U'v broken so many rules there I wouldn't now were to start !!! But nice try and a nice guy just needs to look moor at structural integrity also why car apertures rust in the first place !! Loose the knife !!!!!!!! Sorry frustrated rant over now !! Lmao
Sorry, you didn't like my video. This was done before I was certified by Sika Corp. I know that I'm not perfect and is still working on getting better.
Thank you for your kind words:)
Continued education is what set apart Lo Auto Glass Repair. I'm currently working getting cert. with N.G.A. and A.G.R.S.S..
This is a great place to start, YOUTUBE! If there is room for improvements, I'm all for it!
@milla123626 This is was a nicely done informative video on Youtube. It's just too bad that the desk jockeys like yourself have to bash on what others are doing. Still amazes me apprentices like yourself think they can do something better because they saw it in a book or heard it in a class. He took his time and I would not be concerned about the "sturctural integrity" of this job. The windsheild is not going to fail, your comments... major fail.
ha ha yes it was a nice video by a nice guy, an as lots of good information, Does this make it correct maybe,if it was filmed 10 years ago !And as for desk jockey,I'v been a technician for fifteen years and currently working towards a master qualification with Belron Autoglass the world's leading vehicle glass replacement company ! Also like the other guy I'm always learning and will continue to learn and glad to c that "lagloko2" took it as a positive ! I think your comments..major fail..
@elgrandeminier Your profile says that you live in the United States. We speak English here, so go learn the language, then you won't need anything to be translated to Spanish anymore. Comprehendo?
DOW, ESSEX 400BP. You will need the primer too. This Urethane requires a primer to bond with the glass. I would recommend that you use Sika's P2G+(Primer Less To Glass, 3 hour SDAT (Safe Drive Away Time) with passenger side air bag) this is a primer less urethane and has the same or equivalent tensile strength.
how does the dewalt gun push out the DOW prodocts does it stall out alot and how does it push in the cold ive seen the millwakies stall alot

Word. What kind of molding is that, and where do you purchase it from. Thanks

@sirsheezy
Call a local glass guy, he'll sell you how ever much you need. Every shop carries these moldings in stock.
Thanks for watching!

Having been an auto-glazier for over 30 years,it amazes me why some operators apply the urethane sealant to the aperture and not the glass.

Great job, and i do like the 105 mould also unless it's loaded with rust then i use 108 so the outside looks better...
