Great instructional video. Have you looked in to Essex express. Has a one hour drive away time. Or my favorite 418 hv no glass primer ?

I've used the Express before and didn't care for it. I know use the Sika P2G+ (primer less to glass). This is the only Sika product that is HV with a 1 hour SDAT. w/o pass air bag and 3 hours w/pass airbag and non conductive.

The only Essex that I haven't used is Beta Seal ONE BP. Non-cond. and High Mod. It's a little pricey.

Call a local glass guy, he'll sell you how ever much you need. Every shop carries these moldings in stock.

Still amazes me apprentices like yourself think they can do something better because they saw it in a book or heard it in a class. DOW, ESSEX 400BP. You will need the primer too. This Urethane requires a primer to bond with the glass. I would recommend that you use Sika's P2G+(Primer Less To Glass, 3 hour SDAT (Safe Drive Away Time) with passenger side air bag) this is a primer less urethane and has the same or equivalent tensile strength.

Great job, and i do like the 105 mould also unless it's loaded with rust then i use 108 so the outside looks better...
