If you download the program, when you go to new click the template arrow and it should have an option for a CD cover

Good video dude, can you help me with the fonts though? I downloaded Gimp and when I clcik the text tool and go to change the font it just says it has to close. Is this because I have to download some fonts?

@ParsonsGuitar Having fonts doesn't mean that the font function wont work though, if its acting up i recommend getting the same program from a different site (the data could've possibly been corrupted) remember that this is open source software and it also doesn't work part of the time but i have a few solutions to those little problems but i need to know what OS you are on.

@GimpAlchemist I decided to get the download from another site as having a corrupt program seemed a lot more likley to be causing the problem. Instead of downloading from CNET I got it from the "Official GIMP Website". The fonts now work fine :D So if anyone is having problems like me it may be if you got the download from CNET.
