No, the Latinos don't hate the blacks and black Americans don't hate the Latinos either. I think some (not all, but some) whites want the blacks and Latinos to hate each other. But truthfully, we live in the same neighborhoods, have similar rhythms, we date each other, and some Latinos are black. Much of MLB consists of black Latinos. So, no we don't hate each other. Black Americans probably have more in common with Latinos than whites.
