According to my source: arcana.mizuumi.net, it takes only 3 to 5 seconds to fill up after using a combo, but its supposed to take from 20 to 40 (depending on the Arcana) to recharge after an Arcana Blaze. It has the Water Arcana used here listed at 32 game ticks.

The Arcana Gauge is not supposed to recharge that fast if you've used Arcana Blaze Super. It's recharging as fast as if I had used extend force only
