@lee101ct I bought this video for the HD video recording capabilities advertised. So it is a camera that can record video. It should work, or sources should be published so I can fix it myself.
@lee101ct that doesn't mean that newer products can't have failures. If you have 15 years of fuji experience and direct contacts at Fujifilm, please inform them about this issue.
