If you have at least a dual core + a card 8800series or higher (forget about ATi and nVidia) + a minumum of 2 GB DDR2 1066/ 4GB DDR2 800 you should be fine, DO NOT let anyone tell you different. Yes you will need to turn off AA and possibly god rays depending, and run around 1280x1024 but that is a very small price to pay.
I used to be able to play this game really smooth with 40-50 FPS average... Then one day I started up the game and it wouldn't go above 20 :S I've searched everywhere without result or solution... Anyone have an idea? ( No, it's not cause of god rays. When I shut down the game the evening before I had around 50 FPS. )
A Radeon 4870 is just as good as a Radeon 4870x2 at lower resolutions but I guess not many people would use these lower res ( i think around 1600x1200 )
Some people say it requires more than Crysis and is more unstable than Crysis... But thanks for letting me know, it's the one game i really wanted to get the most out of on my system (N)
Stalker Clear Skies does require more then cryis only coz it has bad engines its not stable and it has bad spikes of frams u could be smooth running around 45-50fps everything maxed out on GTX 280 XXX but then u get spikes that get youy down to 15 fps lol with time game will get better.
This is not Claer Sky!! this is Stalker 1, Stalker 2 (Clear Sky) requires much more from CPU than Crysis. If you want to play on max graphics of course. Stalker 3 will come out soon, then the requirments will be even higher.

u can change the gun by double-click it. U canheal yourself without going to inventory with quick bandage/medikit buttons.
