As soon as the turbo is spooled to meet the correct a/f mixture, it stops. As for it being bad on the internals, fill me in. Too much fuel is better lubrication. It And what does American Wire Gauge have to do with anything? And some of the best tuned turbo diesel "spew" like a sieve.

diesels are more fuel efficient and cleaner than gas, do your research, sure the black cloud looks dirty and yes its partially burnt fuel but if you tune a diesel right and keep it from smoking like a chimney it will emit less PPM (parts per million) than your prius when its on the gas engine. the smoke is just badass fun.

...But why? you ask.. because a prius uses an electrical motor on idle ;)
But prius are ULEV vehicles that emit nearly no carbon monoxide.

really? cuz i own one of both and did my research b4 i bought. prius dont idle on an electric motor u asshole. they turn off after 45 seconds of stand still...then turn back on to recharge the battery. emitting carbon monoxide. diesels dont emit any carbon omnoxide

diesels are more fuel efficient and cleaner than gas, do your research, sure the black cloud looks dirty and yes its partially burnt fuel but if you tune a diesel right and keep it from smoking like a chimney it will emit less PPM (parts per million) than your prius when its on the gas engine. the smoke is just badass fun.

maybe the car itself, but to create the batteries, the nickle is mined in canada (which causes acid rain) shipped to china, in a tanker that gets 10 gallons to the mile made at .25 cents an hour, shipped back across the ocean on said boat, runs untill the car dies, then thrown away in a landfill for a couple thousand years. I heard of guys running a fuel line from theyre tanks to the exhaust and they push a button in the cab and it sprays fuel in the pipe and nothin but black smoke pours out the pipe. is that what your truck has or is it just the chip or somethin.

This is my buddies truck but I think he did a trick to the fuel pump that makes it dump mre fuel and maybe he had bigger injectors i am not sure but when its in high gear and he hammers the gas it loads up rich and smokes like a freight train! This video was when the truck was automatic, now its a manual six speed it smokes even more in sixth gear....
