What Jenny cannot earn from Shane is her fidelity because Shane is a promiscuous person, a lady killer, and a womanizer. In fact she's not that faithful and she is not faithful at all. That's the truth and that truth is not overrated.
We (and Jenny) knew that Shane loved her BIG TIME as a friend (B4 THE NIKKI INC.) & now it's brought up again as if she (J) never knew. Is it b/c of the whole reassurance for 'I won't hurt you again' or was that an I'm in love with you, coming from Shane? I'm confused.
@mdenicolo=It was a huge mistake for Jenny to break up with Nikki and be madly in love with her best friend and roommate Shane. Even though they have been best friends and roommates, still they are not right nor perfect nor suitable for each other. Shane is not the type of a faithful person she portarys in the show, she is a sexually aggressive slacker who seeks any girl for her own pleasures, she can't get rid of her playgirl image, in fact it is her nature.
