nah mate ive had this CR125R for almost a year and never had a rebuild in my care and goes like new, the bike is stock from its 2001 make, except ive put new tyres, sprockets, chain and some handguards but thats nothing to do with the engine, the engine rarely needs new sparkplugs either and is really reliable =) Honda is always reliable id get one
dude every bike needs maintence but 2 strokes need a little more maintence then 4's but its not that much of a pain in the ass.... hondas are good bikes. same as yamahas...
what wud be better 125 or 85 im 15 like 5"6 or 5"7 weigh 140 lbs

Im 12 and I ride a Honda CR 125!!
They are truely great bikes and I would highly reccommend a 125 over a 85.
I just came off a YZ 85, then went onto the 125 - Way better! :) 125 Ftw.

in my opinion i would go a CR250R more torque which helps alot in cornering, but the 125 is a thrill of a bike :)
