Before the patch in the first 0.3 seconds of zooming in the bullit would go randomly as if you were doing a noscope without steady aim. That is the reason why you didnt got the kill.

Thats sucks, i see people play online getting one shot kills and they weren't even aiming at the enemy.The bullet was shot like 5 inches away from their body and they still died. But this time you shoot him directly in the body and not even a hit marker. Thats why i prefer playing MW2. Black Ops multyplayer has too many bad things. I only bought it for zombies and the story mode.
