I know it's impossible for DJs to play ripped tracks out on rigs so I'm not worried about that. I don't personally mind people ripping my tunes for at-home listening..just a bit discouraging when its openly admitted ya know hahah...I don't like to KNOW im being a source for pirating, know what I mean. ;)

Most people do not set their audio quality in their video editors to render at 320kbps so you are ripping (most likely) 128kbps or 192kbps. However, since your 'video2mp3' converter is set to 320kbps, you THINK you are getting 320kbps but you aren't. Even if you ARE ripping a 320kbps, it is limited by youtube and if you like slapping a limiter on a master of a tune, go ahead.
