Some advice dont time travel its fun and all and all the neighbors you hate or like move but dont do beacause you get weedstrust me i do it all the time and i get happy when i get the empty lamp and i meet wisp i ask him to delete all the weeds.

Well on the beach sometimes you find scallops(not white scallops, just scallops)and you give it to pascal and he gives you a piece of the pirate set. But you probably already found out since this question wa posted 2 weeks ago.. :)

I don't know when he comes but he gives you a random color of ballon for free. But you can only get it once a day :(

Phineas can also sell balloons,pinwheels and bubbles he won't be in the city everyday so you should check,i hope pascal gives you gifts like the ds version! : D

That's really up to the Japanese website where the person who posted the videos here got them from not this youtuber. If I had to guess I would have to predict it would be a little bit of a Smash Dojo move where they continue to put stuff up on the website they didn't manage to fit for the rest of the time before it was released until A. They run out of stuff to show or B. The game is out for a while until it is old news.
