  • I can't find this movie... it doesn't show up on Netflix... Never heard of this till I was watching LWelk and decided to google arthur duncan. He danced at the first National Tap Dance Day celebration in Detroit Michigan at Orchestra Hall. The Students went on the first half of the show (of which I was one) and the Pro's took the second half. That was a hellava night...  I still wanna know why I've never heard or seen this movie...
