I'm going to do a (OJE) on job evaluation on monday, and interview after the 15 minutes (OJE). Do you know what it's like and does this mean I've got the job? This will be my first job. I'm kind of worried. I'll be doing overnight shifts as well if I get the job.

my favite time to work is a little under a customer a minute, that way it's slow and not crazy. but it's not so your sitting around doing nothing where the manger will make you do chores.

@brandtaylor93 Late night I can't clock out until all the chores left by the daylight shifts are done- so a dead night it a good night. Get my stuff done and run for the hills is better than lingering around the store for an extra two hours dragging

I worked for mcdonalds for 16 months. (I left back in 08) A job is a job. a lot are out of work.

That's because from midnight to 4 AM we're on the late night menu- like I said in the vid, since the bulk of our customers are either stoned or drunk and only want dollar menu items. Add to that the fact many nights we only get only 7 customers during those hours, my store wouldn't be able to pay my paycheck.

Most corporate store have a full menu 24 hours because their owned by McDonalds corp, and can take the loss easily. My store, on the other hand, is a franchise, and not so able to take the hit and maintain 24 hour operation.
