Great video! But my curls never stay in any longer that 15 mins! I have top of the range straighteners and i have really good hairspray have you got any tips on how to keep the curls in all day? @nemoandbling it might be because your not keeping the heat on it long enough or you need to take smaller sections at a time. it could also be because your hair is too thick. maybe get it feathered out if thats the problem. or just keep practicing. i had the same problem when i first started curling ur hair "im assuming u havent done this a lot." and it was becuz i needed to take smaller sections. just try different methods of curling and find which one works for your hair

Warning to all of you who love hairspray! Hairspray has a chemical in it that can make you high! Instead of breathing in oxygen you breathe in the hairspray and after doing that for too long your braincells will die! I'm not joking. I learned this awhile ago in health. Use hairspray in an open area and try not to breathe it in for too long!

Umm, and this is my opinion, I've tried this like 20 time's and my hair is perfectly finee, It's not damaged if you shower regularlyy & Get hair trim's. So this technique is finee if you don't wanna have to go out and buy and whole new curler when you can use your straightenerr. :) Juuuust sayingg.

i think it's really helpful and this tutorial is cool because the hair is really curled a lot.. i was really trying this thing since i bought my straightener 2 days ago..

hey umm... i suggest you not do it like this because youre really damaging your hair. this is because straightener settings arent designed for you to leave it in your hair for so long... thats what curlers are for. the heat settings are a big lower because you leave the curler in for longer... with straighteners youre supposed to do a 180 flip and glide down... im sorry but really, you will be bald prematurely

yup thts true! Agreeed. I just curl slowly down and then let go and voila. :) curling it down slower makes a tight curl without the need to curl it up and burning ur ends :P

I wouldn't try this. It just looks really bad for the end of your hair, and would only work with a crappy hair straightner (the heat comes through the plastic that MUCH!).
