Hate to say it but I agree with you bluesmoke. Realistically it's not going to happen, Equestria is a near utopia. It's kind of like people who hate Dumbledore in Harry Potter. That being said I'd still like to live in the Lunar Republic, just because it would be bucking awesome to have Luna as a ruler.
We need möbius 1, Gryphus 1, the demon lord of the round table, demons of Razgriz, Garuda team, and Scarface squadron to be the air force along with the pegasi. Just imagine all these kick ass aces in the sky to defeat Discord's army of chaos :D

When you think about it, (from what I heard anyway...) people should pick Celestia Republic IF they want to follow a leader so they will be safe and not get lost on the way, for lack of freedom.
Luna Will be for those more capable of taking of themselves and more freedom despite being in more danger and having to take control under pressure.

Hate to say it but I agree with you bluesmoke. Realistically it's not going to happen, Equestria is a near utopia. It's kind of like people who hate Dumbledore in Harry Potter. They assume that the nearly omnipotent character should have enough power to fix a problem before it happens. That being said I'd still like to live in the Lunar Republic, just because it would be bucking awesome to have Luna as a ruler.
