If his gear is what you say it is and he still can't solo (real solo) Pluma, than people on EU, NA and BR (at least) are way better than your friend and have way worse gear.

Well he has the FB debuffs + i think he is using party buffs + he got the wi buffs but still a nice achievement :)

Let him make a video where he is just using his buffs if he can't do it with such a set no body can do it.
